I am hearing Sage Seay for Ned. However, it is a coach's decision, of which I am not. Whoever is in there will be the best for the job. I have all the faith in our coaching.

Coach Barbre (sp.) from Lamar had the girl's basketball program doing very well in the NCAA tournaments. He innocently gave one of his players a ride home because she didn't have one. NCAA violation.....gues who wasn't coaching there ever again. What a shame. I wasn't aware that the UIL was as strict. To me, 7 on 7 is a joke. Maybe the players and coaches like it because it gives them something to do. Everything changes with pads on. Just my opinion.

Yeah, that's what it is.  ::) Instead of answering why magnets can dip into a much larger talent pool, which is what classifications is all about, you turn it around and make it sound as if I am making excuses. How typical. I have never been afraid of anything....even losing.

All the more proof why enrollment numbers alone should not determine the classification of magnet schools. When you can maneuver players from an entire city with enrollment enough for 3 high schools, playing against 4a schools seems a bit slanted now doesn't it?

Vidor beats Ozen = seniors vs. freshmen Nederland beats Ozen = Ozen on a down year and coaching sucks. PNG beats Lincoln = Lincoln player dismissed from team. Ozen wins state = Boutte is a god and it does not matter how many down year teams, or "young" teams he defeated in the process because it doesn't support the god complex. Are there another excuses out there? I mean, do any of these other teams ever lose?

Typical loser's stance bringing in the refs. Funny how Ozen is never outplayed. It was either bad coaching or bad refs...and that is what is fed to their players. Ozen lost....deal with it.

Texas will be fine. Kansas isn't always in the top five for nothing. I'm not hanging my head even though I wish they would have pulled it out.

Coach English and his teams are doing fantastic. When other teams consider it a notch in their belt to defeat you, you have done your job. Funny, I didn't hear any complaints about seating during the closed door game between Ozen and Central a few years back. Oh yeah, the fans were not invited at all. Grumble...grumble.... Ah, the agendas.
