Funny, Trump has been a successful businessman in this country for decades and never before ( you'd think it would have) has he been labeled a racist. Now that he is a presidential candidate and said something about illegal aliens and deporting them, he is labeled a racist. From what I read, having this judge sit on his case would be a conflict of interest. I see no racism here. If that is considered racist, then a black man wanting an all black jury and a black judge is racist.
