I have a feeling Miami is going to upset FSU at home. Coming off a bye this team is hot. Duke is playing like a man possessed. Kaaya our true freshman QB is playing like a junior. Defense has been stout.

I JUST HAVE THAT FEELING

Yea it is sad.  Even this season when Channeview was 6-0 they barely had any fans in the stands. Doesn't make much sense to not support your team.

I do have to question the play calling at the end of the game for GCM. Those last 4-5 plays were head scratchers to say the least.
 
You have 99 yards to go, no timeouts and less than a minute left in game and you never attempt a single pass. All runs out of the I formation, 3 fullback belly plays, a counter and a option. GCM only attempted 3 passes the whole game, none in the 2nd half.

It was an exciting game, frustrating on our part but fun to watch. Here's hoping the the folks at the UIL take a geography lesson and put GCM and Lee in the same district as BH, Crosby, and Dayton in the next two years. As a parent of two future GCM Patriots I'd much rather play our neighbors where there are natural rivalries than drive to Beaumont every other weekend to play schools we don't know a whole lot about.

Ill give him credit for admitting it.

Mich St will not lose again and will take the B1G, or Neb will win out and Beat MSU in the B1G champ game.
Miss St will lose in the SEC SUPERBOWL and will still get a playoff spot along with the SEC champ.
Oregon wins out and will slip in.

i never  have used the word hate in all my years of posting i might be out of bounds on this but when you use the word hate any team no matter who it might be   your talking about the kids who are trying there best to  make you proud of there program I LOVE ALL THE KIDS  who are  busting there  butts for us

That normally how most games are predicted. They look at what the teams did against same opponents.
 
For those that went to the GCM vs Lee game I think you can agree with me. That game should have been 35-0 after the 1st quarter.  Duke threw a pick in the endzone  and they also had another turnover in the redzone. If they score on those 2 possessions its 35-0 end of 1st.  
 
Now if Vidor can capitalize on some of GCM dumb turnovers it will be close. If they do not GCM runs away with it.
 
Just my look at it.

If Brook can stop the run and keep Hill and Chenier at or under 100 yards each then Brook should win. Sterling does not have a strong passing game and cannot stretch the field to loosen up the D.
 
If Sterling D shows up and plays solid run and pass defense then they have a chance at squeaking in a win.
 
Gotta feel for Hill and Chenier, if Sterling had just an average passing game, teams would have to show a little respect and then you would be looking at a team that can make the playoffs do possibly do something.  If they had a slightly above average or above average passing game then I could see them with a chance to go 2-3 rounds deep in the playoffs.

I have been rooting for Bo. Love his passion. But don't think he's going to ever be able to get the Huskers back to where they belong.

Ole James Brown. He was good.  He beat us in the Big 12 champ game.  Some people are just afraid to put young guys out there on the field. If they can play they can play. Throw them in the fire, its how they grow up.

Miami usually gets blasted when they play on the big stage.  For example, Florida St 41-14, Notre Dame 41-3, K-State 52-13, etc.  This year, Freshman QB up against the Nebraska defense, plus the explosive Nebraska offense adds up to big win for the Huskers.  

I agree I like the look this team has. A solid running game for sure. I think its gonna be a lot  tougher against against the 6A schools but I think Sterling will compete week in and week out.

What if Nebraska wins out?

If he is strangling him,I don't think you would be able to see his wrist ... i would think his wrist would be behind the face mask think about the distance between the neck and the face mask and think about taking your hand and strangling someone your palm will be flat against the neck... which would put the wrist under the jaw... and this young man on the ground clearly has a grip on the young man standing above him's wrist...

Sam is good and is gonna be good. The dude wasn't SEC defensive player of the year for no reason.  He didnt have a good presason because he is a bad player.   When everyone stops whining about him being gay he will get his chance to prove it. Until then I feel bad for the guy.  He could probably start at D. End on over half the teams today.
