Yes he may have been the worst president of my lifetime. He was also easily the best ex-president. No one did more good with their time after being in office than that guy. If I could bet on one ex-president for sure being in heaven, it’s that guy.
Do you think that he was worse than Trump?

Why do you and others pretend you don’t see all the corruption and illegal business deals he continues to do?Obama would be housed at a Maximum prison if he and his family would have done anything similar to what baby con and his family has done with the market and business deals with foreign countries.
I agree

How does showing a person’s face confirm that he is a federal agent?
What does a banker’s face look like? Nurse? Police officer? Cashier? Carpenter?
Please explain the rationale that showing a person’s face divulges his profession or his criminal intent. It would sure make it easier for the police if they could simply spot criminals and make arrests by looking say them.
Why do police officers have to show their faces?

I think we would of known by now with as many leaks that came out of the Bien Admin.
Trump also banned him from Mar-A-Lago for hitting on a teenage daughter of another member.
Trump never drank or used drugs and stayed has stayed out of "social trouble". It was not until he ran for President that lawfare was used against him.
This will be just like when the Democrats were after Trump and his tax returns. They alllll thought he was hiding something and that would be the thing that sinks him. The tax returns were released and not a PEEP out of the Democrats
That's why a smart criminal would've never run for President. He would've moved in silence.

#1. There is no need for a comprehensive immigration bill right now - We are just following the laws that congress has passed. You do believe in following the law and not picking and choosing which ones we enforce, right? If not, I guess you would be ok if New York went back to stop and frisk......?
#2. The parents have a choice of leaving the child or taking them with them. Every time an America citizen is arrested and have children they are being separated from their parents......the big news flash, is don't come here illegally and you won't have to worry about it.
Wasn't he deporting people without them having due process? The director of Homeland Security didn't know what Habeas corpus meant.

I've seen people use the SNAP card and get in nicer vehicles than I have.....more than once.....
They may park it in a garage that is about to fall down, but does not mean I have not seen it.How do you know that the vehicles are new?. They could be used, but there are some people with a decent job that receives SNAPS because their kid is really sick.
Yes, a family with a disabled child may be eligible for SNAP benefits, even if their income is considered middle class, although the term "middle class" can be subjective. Here's why and how a family with a disabled child might qualify:- Special Rules for Disabled Individuals: Households that include a person with a disability are subject to specific SNAP eligibility rules that can make it easier to qualify, including a different income test than those without a disabled member.
- Net Income Test: A household with a disabled member only needs to meet the net income test, not the gross income test. Net income is the household's total income after certain allowable deductions are subtracted.
-
Allowable Deductions: SNAP rules allow for deductions from gross income, which can lower a household's net income and potentially make them eligible. Examples of these deductions include:
- Medical Expenses: A significant deduction for households with disabled members are medical expenses exceeding $35 per month that are not reimbursed by insurance or other third parties. This is particularly helpful for families with disabled children who often have significant medical costs.
- Standard Deduction: A standard deduction is applied to every household, based on the number of members.
- Earned Income Deduction: A portion (20%) of earned income (like wages) is deducted.
- Dependent Care Deduction: When needed for work, training, or education.
- Excess Shelter Costs: If shelter costs exceed a certain percentage of the household's income after other deductions.
- Asset Limits: SNAP also has resource limits, but households with a disabled member are allowed a higher asset limit ($4,500) compared to households without a disabled member ($3,000).
- Categorical Eligibility: In some cases, if all household members receive certain benefits, such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), the household may be automatically eligible for SNAP.
In summary: Even if a family's initial gross income appears to be too high for SNAP, the deductions, especially for medical expenses related to the disabled child, can significantly lower their net income, potentially making them eligible for benefits. -

This is where liberals want to lie and get on TV telling folks those repubs want to take away your food stamps.
No, no we don't. We want to ensure others aren't defrauding the system. We want to stop the woman that is paying for groceries with food stamps then in a second purchase buy ribeyes, bottles of wine and cases of beer with a roll of money in their Louis Vuitton purse. She will have a $200 hairdo and $150 worth of nails done. Roll it all outside and unload it into a $75K vehicle. She does not need food stamps. It is pulling money away from those that need the assistance.
Who do you know that is on SNAP that has a real Louis Vuitton purse?

LOL......If he understands the constitution so well, why did he win only 46% of the cases (both terms) brought to the Supreme Court.....
Overall, the administration has managed a record of 79–96, a win rate of just above 45 percent. There’s little difference between the first term’s 35–44 (just above 44 percent) and second term’s 44–52 (just below 46 percent).
Trump has only won 1 or 2 cases out of 150, what percentage is that? Did Obama throw a tantrum when he lost?

So, illegals cross the border, get rounded up and bused back to Mexico, but that’s not considered a deportation due to wording. You libs stop at nothing. What a joke you and your party have truly become. Just like Obama’s cages for detention are called concentration camps under Trump. Your party is trash. You defend illegals over real Americans…..including gang members, hamas, and cartels. Why don’t you go to Colorado and throw molotav cocktails at Jews. I hear that’s the new trend. You should be proud.
Who changed the wording?

Sure it does. It exposes your hypocritical ideology. So Obama didn’t give due process but Trump has to. Yeah, that’s as hypocritical as you and your ilk can get. My last post describes you to a tee. Your lame waaaa waaa doesn’t phase me. I will always expose libtards.
Why would you know the number of hearings that took place? No one had to inform you. How many criminal trials other than deportaions take place in the US yearly. You don't know that answer do you..While Barack Obama's administration did deport a significant number of people, there's no evidence to suggest these deportations were illegal. Here's a breakdown of the facts:- High Deportation Numbers: The Obama administration deported more than 3 million individuals between 2009 and 2017. This is a higher number than any other president in American history, .
- Focus on Criminals and Border Crossers: Obama's administration prioritized the deportation of individuals with criminal records and recent unauthorized border crossers.
- Expedited Removal: A large percentage of deportations were carried out through "expedited removal" processes, which don't involve a hearing before an immigration judge. This is a LEGALLY established procedure for certain categories of individuals, primarily those apprehended near the border or who have previously been deported.
- Legal Procedures: While the high number of deportations and the use of expedited removal drew criticism from some immigrant rights advocates, the procedures used were generally within the bounds of US immigration law.

No one blocked Obama’s deportations. Weren’t they unconstitutional? Did they get due process? Was Obama a dictator? Off course not. So, you’re not about legality, just anti-Trump. It’s called two-faced.
Yes, they got due process. Obama is a constitutional lawyer, he understands the Constitution. He knows what habeas corpus means

The judges don’t act unless there is a cause for action. The cause is a lawsuit of one kind or another. Skill shortage, man, I’m telling you. Take a debate course.
Most of this stuff was taught in 5th grade. My cousin, who is in 5th grade, explained in detail what a balance in power meant.

Trump was elected President by a landslide, he has his appointed cabinet that had to be approved by congress, he has an elected congress that, for the time being, is GOP led. Trump has been called every name in the book but my favorite is dictator. With all these elected officials behind him, and every president has had their appointed cabinet, how can that title even be considered? The “funny” part is, the people who refer to Trump as a dictator, are the same ones who celebrate when a single federal judge (appointed, not elected) signs an injunction against Trump that has national power. Would this not be considered more dictatorial than following a President, his cabinet, and congress? Those who applaud this dictatorial move by a judge refer to it as protecting democracy. What a joke.
It is called a balance of power. The judge's job is to protect the Constitution. Trump can't do something unconstitutional and expect the judges to agree with it. Did you feel the same way when other Presidents were in power and judges blocked what they were trying to do?

Condolences to you and your family on the passing of your dad. There is alot we can disagree on but watching your parents, spouse, kids anyone you are close to suffer through these diseases just sucks.

I think that more teaching is needed. When an elderly person starts to exhibit memory loss, aggression etc, some doctors automatically say that it is caused Altzheimers disease. My dad had hydrocephalus, which could've been successfully treated, if he were accurately diagnosed. There was a lady that was put in a nursing home because the doctor thought she had Altzheimers disease. She was in there for years until another doctor decided to run additional tests. She had low ammonia levels which were causing her symptoms, and once she was treated she was ok.. I have also seen memory loss when a person had a sodium deficiency. A neurologist told me that a neuropyschiatrist is the only doctor who can accurately dx Altzheimers.
