    West Brook played as hard as they could, you really can’t beat a Deer Park when they are fighting for the right to get beat in round one of the playoffs.

    When WB is several rounds deep in D2 playoffs. WB fans will be glad they lost this game. WB can't survive in Division 1, everyone knows that. If they lost on purpose they played it safe to give themselves the best opportunity to make a deep run in the playoffs. Once again, 2 weeks from now this loss means nothing to WB fans.

    Word on the street is that multiple key players for West Brook Will Not play vs Deer Park due to "LOAD MANAGEMENT"

    The goal is to win a state title.  If you take the emotion out it. The game has no meaning for WB.  You would be playing teams with similar enrollments by going D2.    Atascocita and WB would be an evenly matched contest in the first round.  Probably one of the toughest first round games in the state.  I watch the North Shore/WB game and WB would not be favored in a rematch.  Tough position to be in for WB.

    James Gamble rolling over in his recliner looking at this field.  A JV team in this tournament.   First the YMBL goes to the toilet now the Gamble too.  Well at least we still got Mid County Madness.

    Hard place to win.  Next year when they go there they will win.  New district opponent probably took them lightly.  They are the Nederland of that district.    Sound fundamentals good crowds.

    Its funny how people complain about the game plan when they don't know what the game plan was.  Sometime the other team comes up with a new game plan and you have to make adjustments to it.  West Brook made the necessary adjustments.  One thing about High School football coaches is they spend a lot of time preparing for games.   It did seem weird at the end of game when it looked they was just handing the ball to the running back and running left and we didn't make an adjustment.  But a win is a win. First quarter is for game plans .  The rest of the game is about coaching and adjustments.  Katy Tomkins had great gameplan and they are in offseason workouts right now while West Brook is in the Elite Eight .  Congrats to Peevy.     #GamePlan
