Left the Friendswood vs Dobie game at the end of the 3rd quarter with Dobie ahead 48 - 0.Completely outclassed by this 6A team.Friendswood QB looks at one receiver and Dobie was reading his eyes.Took a look at a Soph QB but he went gimpy his second series.Friendswood secondary unable to cover the Longhorn Recievers.Long year ahead in Mustang Land.Hard to see how DCTF can see this team a play-off caliber team.

Got two weeks now to take care of them problems.Nothing that can't be fixed.

Long trip to see Bolfing & Washington strut their Stuff.Montgomery could be the " I don't want to play " team coming out of that tough district.Montgomery 33 - 16.

If Myles wasn't blown dead on contact this offense will be deadly.Receivers was catching everything thrown near them.#10 has great hands and is not afraid to lower that shoulder on contact.Players #'s did not match Hudl or Maxpreps so can't single out by names.If you think the cupboard is dry in the RB category,do not fear.Two of the three rbs in the scrimmage tonight ,I was told were sophomores, and they looked scary and will only get better.Crosby's front seven on defense looked extremely quick and completely shut Angelton's running game down.When the secondary catches up the defense will be AOK !

Sept.3 Friendswood vs Clear Brook.A great test for the Mustang secondary because Colby McCalister can really fling it.After a 3-0 start last year, two season ending injuries ,the Wolverines struggled the rest of last year. Both kids are back this year so it should make things interesting.A little neighborhood rivalry involved.
