I'm not going to lie, I thought that Memphis had benefited from a really weak schedule all year, but they're legit.

Kinda goes to show how far soccer in our area still needs to come. Lumberton was by far the top of the class in our area, and they were beaten easily.

They're playing absolutely no defense. Texas has only one foul at the 8:00 mark of 2nd half. They're not putting a body on anyone, and it's killing them.

Texas reverting back to their first half play. Taking quick, contested shots. They need to settle it back down, and spread it back out. Memphis up 50-38.

great start for the horns in the 2nd half! They've scored the first 6 points and are making some nice defensive stops. Memphis' lead down to 5!

Horns are down 11 at the half, but at least they are starting to show a little sign of life. At one point they were down 17, and Memphis might have been one more trey or dunk away from basically putting the game away early. Now the horns are in a position to whittle the lead back down, and they still have 20 minutes to do it. Memphis has definitely been MUCH better than the horns in the 1st half.

I went to ETBU, and watched a lot of the games. They didn't have a bad squad, but if he can keep up that point output, he should see plenty of the court.

I have a mutt that was found in a field. She has the face of a border collie, the mouth of a german shepherd, the markings of a blue heeler, and the gait of a coyote. I don't know what she is, but she's one of the sweetest, smartest dogs i've ever been around. My next task is teaching her to get her own ice from the ice maker on the fridge.

UCLA is the better team, but they have a tendency to let inferior teams back into the game in the 2nd half. If Xavier gets hot, they can cut a 9 point deficit to nothing very quickly.

My wife's cousin plays for UCA, so we were at the game today. The cards were definitely the better team, but they were helped by 5 UCA errors and 3 or 4 hit batsmen. On top of that, Lamar's left fielder made a grab at the fence to rob UCA of a grand slam in the 3rd. It might have been a different ballgame without that catch. All that being said, Lamar looked pretty good today.
