1.
a 7-0 loss tonight...were not going to the playoffs
well, as a rangers fan, i always try to root for the stros as long as they're not playing in the silver boot series.  you guys are welcomed to come jump on the ranger bandwagon, as they're currently a game up in their division...
 2. I have a buddy with season tickets to the Dynamo, so i get a chance to get good tickets before they go on sale!!!
 3. The Rangers rallied today for a run in the 9th, and 2 more in the 11th to win 3-1 over Seattle, completing a 3-game sweep.  They've won 8 of their last 11 and are now alone in 1st place in their division.
 4.
who scored?
anyone?
 5. The Rangers picked up a big win tonight in Seattle in 12.  They got 9 innings of 3-hit, 0-run, 10-k ball from starter Colby Lewis, and then their relievers got out of 1-out, bases loaded jams in the 10th and 11th.  The Rangers scored two in the 12, and then closer Neftali Feliz, who has been struggling, pitched a 1-2-3 12th for the save.  Great win, and the Rangers picked up a game on everyone in the division tonight!
 6.
Hey sorry I havent been on here.  Play with the HJ team bullets.  Trying to keep it pretty much majority under college age.  Big difference in 9th grade and out of college haha.  Key is going to be having keepers on big goals.  Lots of practice for them.  Hopefully we will play thru the ifrst week of june.  Should be able to get games in.....  friendly and practice.   touching the ball as much as possible. HJ private message me a phone number so I can call you please.  Thanks
cool.  i can be the player/coach :)
 7.
I'm working on putting together the HJ team.. I think we'll have one, I'm just waiting on a few guys to let me know for sure if they want to play. I'm going to try to find out for sure over the next few days and i should know for sure by this weekend hopefully
let me know if y'all need a guy.  i'm old, but i'm HJ :)
 8. i can most likely get a team together of slightly older than college-aged players.  if that's cool, let me know.  if not, i understand if you're trying to keep it young.
 9. this is a wonderful thing for local soccer!
 10.
PN-G beat both Lumberton teams handily this year. Given Lumberton's superior talent, I must then assume that PN-G had superior coaching.
with this set-up, it's next to impossible to keep it from turning into a "which school has the most posters vote" contest.  That being said, this was still a good thing for the site and for the kids who made the team, and a pretty decent outcome considering this is the first time we've tried this.  I'm going to work with hj_hawk_60 and see if we can come up with a better system next year.  There were definitely some inappropriate actions taken by a few people throughout the course of this voting process, and we'll continue to work to improve it.
 11. i think more than anything it's just a matter of approach.  Boxing can't really put on as many marquee fights, but when they have them, they're big draws.  MMA has a lot more "superstars" these days, and they can host 10-12 bigtime fights a year.  I think if MMA only put on 4 or 5 major PPV fights per year, the draws would be bigger, but since they can get pretty big draws 10-12 times a year, it makes financial sense for them to do so.  As for my comment about boxing, it was just a joke.  I'm honestly not too much of a fan of either boxing or MMA.
I tried to head butt the last one that I killed but I slipped and when he almost had me, I had to bite through his neck but it worked.
unfortunately for you, he didn't meet the 13-inch spread requirement and you had to drag him off in the woods for the coyotes.
 13.
well bullets you could be in the 6 sided tournament  on a team by yourself and beat everybody cuz your so good  at soccer they made you a moderator
huh?
 14.
I don't know why everyone thinks boxing is dead,  I gurantee you this if UFC was going head to head against Mayweather vs mosley boxing would kill ufc in paperview numbers, Just wait till mayweather vs pacman, or mosley vs pacman its going to do huge paperview numbers, boxing isn't dead, If brock vs carwin going head to head against mosley vs mayweather or pacman vs mayweather UFC would lose that battle bad.
the big name fights in boxing get the most views, but UFC is much more consistent.  i looked up some numbers, and for the past few years HBO has had 2-3 fights that would be the top PPV draws of the year, but then the UFC would have like 9-10 of the remaining top-15 draws.
 15. not really a bad thing here... 3 more bubble teams will make it in, but the basic structure won't change at all.
 16. they still have boxing?

 20.
That is a possibiity.  Just a difference in 15 year olds playing 29 hahah.  Long as we keep it laid back.  NOT GOING TO BE exactly like a six a side league.  small field .. big goals.  Keepers get more action and harder.  More scoring.. (the american way) ;)... heck we may have a three point shot... We want it to be fast, fun, and safe.  and maybe actually improve
sounds good.  in our open league we play co-ed against 16 year olds of both sexes, and it's fine.
 21.
I am looking at having a small sided soccer league played at Kelly starting around May 1st.  Looking for high school players wanting to participate.  Maybe each high school gets a team or two.  Depending on the response on what days we play.  We will play the games around 530 and 630.  Girls also.  If we get enough girls teams and if not maybe co-ed.  Goals will be full side so great training for keepers.  The cost will be minimal and need waiver signed for insurance purposes.  Message me on here or call me on my cell phone.  409 719 2787 if any questions.
if you don't get enough high schoolers for it, i know plenty of older guys (19-30) who would love to play in something like this.
 22. i've made it pretty clear in other posts that i don't like this guy, but that being said, i doubt very seriously he's having to do any "recruiting" to get these players to transfer.  what 17-year-old basketball stud from houston wouldn't want to play for the best basketball program in the nation, especially when it's basically in his backyard?  the fault here lies with UIL rules, not with coach wise.
