1. 37-23, 3 pointer by some kid with the unfortunate name of "Mister"
 2. 34-23.  Hawks can't get a run going.  missing too many shots.
 3. 32-21, Persohn to the line for 2, 6th team foul on Mexia.
 4. 30-19, sounds like Mexia is looking to shoot the 3 on every possession.  at least they're starting to miss them.
 5. 28-19 after a layup by Prudhomme... sounds like the Hawks are losening up a little.
 6. Hawks better start getting defensive rebounds!
 7. i hate not being able to hear this!!!
 8. sounds like a boring, but competitive game :)
[Hidden Content] Big loss for BYU.  Rumor is that he got his GF pregnant and that violated the honor code.  If every school had a code like that, we wouldn't have very many good college athletes.  ;)
total BS. I have no respect for BYU now  >:(
it's a mormon college, scooter.  you go to their college, you play by their rules.  i played soccer at a baptist university.  i hated the school's rules, but i abided by them because i wanted to play collegiate soccer.
Which means you abstained for the period of time you were there ???
of course not!  but, had i gotten a girl knocked up, I would've probably been kicked off the team, and there wouldn't be much i could've said about it.

I can assure you that HJ is focused squarely on the Black Cats. And that the people stirring the pot and talking trash on here are SILSBEE fans, that are deep down inside hoping that the Hawks trip and fall!!!! Good luck tonight First Down....come introduce yourself to me.  I will be the smaller of the two guys broadcasting the game!!!!! ;) ;) ;D ;D
Unfortunately I have to work tonight, but I will be listening to you guys on the computer. BadSanta I am sure the Hawks would appreciate if you would jump off their bandwagon, because you seem to be the kiss of death to who ever you follow ;D
i heard he really likes Linsday Lohan, too.

 15. That's what I was thinking, Lazeek.  Seriously, you can respect a team and still call them underdogs in a game where they're well, underdogs.  I'm an HJ boy through and through, and I didn't have any problem with the fact that they weren't favored.  I knew they had a chance to win, though, and they did.  This is the same case with Nederland.  They're playing a better team than any they've faced all season, who's played a tougher schedule than Nederland with a similar record and a higher ranking.  It's okay for Nederland to be an underdog.  I'm not saying they don't have a chance, because they do, and I'm not saying I don't want them to win, because I do.
....Probably the best...based on their pedigree???
based on their talent, their records, their wins, etc. etc. etc.
I am hearing that mammagotjuice will be the area's first woman head boys basketball coach. ;) Assistants will be Penny Hardaway and Walter Yates Sr., with consulting from Greg Wise of Houston Yates.
pretty formidable crew there :)
