Looking at the stats in the Chronicle, did Zellers get hurt again?  #3 the backup QB had several passing touchdowns.

Congrats Sterling on the win.  I wonder was the coach able to stick to his guns and sit the players and win or did they get to play.  Anyways way to break the streak.

I don't understand what Boyd has done to promote being mediocre.  I don't understand why anyone would not want to win.  I'm sure your about to lay out a whole list of good reasons he wants to he mediocre instead of winning cause that makes perfect sense. When does the responsibility get put on the kids mine included for fumbling the football, dropping the pass, missing the tackle.  I want my kid to learn that life is tough and you have to make something for yourself & not excuses made.  There are great coaches on that staff supporting those kids. So I guess I'm wrong for trying to support the team.  The teams of the past two years would have fallen apart during the TC/Dawson games when adversity hit. Bring on Fwood.  The Patriots are coming.

Your idiot lack of execution and had chance to make plays cause us the game.  Come on and critizing the coach will get you a lot of points with your son.  Maybe he didn't play enough.  This game and tc game you just can't make little mistakes.  I look for GCM to run the table on the last four games. I hope Zellers has a speedy recovery.  He is a great athlete.  Hopefully Lee can still pull of an upset somewhere, i think they have Dawson, Friendswood and Texas City left.

Chron - Had Granberry with 13 - 258 i think with 3 TD's You are totally correct Pat's.  Penalty called back Gibson's TD.  Plus stopped a couple other drives. Need to clean it up quickly, but keep the high intensity and effort.  A lot of licks laid last night compared to the game vs TC.

Panama please let us know what your hear about # 3.  Great ball player, i hope he is ok.  Great game last night, i think atmosphere was better than usually but probably had to do with both schools being from Baytown but thats ok.  The two turnovers that i could remember came on INT's by Zellers, both picked off by #7.  We will need to start off the game faster, like we did vs TC for the rest of district.  It was like we kinda eased in to the game last night.
