1. If that kid could have learned to play the PG position for FOUR years, he would have been BIG TIME...He will be fine in Jerre's system at Highland, and will be a heck of a steal for some program two years from now.
 2. If he declares, yes, he will go 1st based on upside alone...I hope he stays though....slim and none chances...Calipari said himself that he hopes he has five of his guys go in the first round this year..They are likely outta there, and he knows it..
Which is it?  Was Kentucky better?  Or, was Kansas out of sync all night?  If Kansas had been in sync would Kentucky still have been better?  Share some of that vast basketball wisdom, Dickie!
My point was Kansas had their chances throughout the game, but they just could never really get it together....costly turnovers, bad shot selection, stagnant offense (credit that to UK defense)...Kentucky did not play particularly well either, but they defended their tails off...Davis was a non factor offensively, yet he DOMINATED this game with the intangibles...Kentucky was simply better, and it showed, but if Kansas had played a better game, it MAY have been different...They lost by 8 and Davis scored 6 points going 1-10...It could have been very different had Kansas been knocking down shots and Robinson could have really got it going.
 4. He would be a great addition to an NBA squad, but I hope he stays just ONE MORE YEAR....I know, I know, wishful thinking, right?....I just LOVE college basketball!! 8)

 6. Jerre Cole came down here and stole him one!!! 8)
 7. Smart money says go back, play his senior season, maybe his draft stock goes up, but if it does not, he has his college degree...win-win....then he can take care of his daughter even if he goes undrafted...just my opinion.
Thought you lived in Nederland. And Coached as Ozen. ???
This is true...FROM HOUSTON, played, and coached there too.

 10.
Maybe not in the 4th but in most other parts baseball is much bigger.
For the record, I am not from "the 4th", as you put it, and have no clue as to where that came from...baseball is popular, but its not more popular than basketball in Houston...that's the last word on that.
HE has spoken, so it MUST be true!! Need to ask the Administrators if they can make it so that when DV gives his OPINION it is in Red Font. Since his OPINION is actually THE TRUTH, he IS god-like...  ::) ::)
Nope. From there, played there, coached there....I just happen to know that baseball is not bigger than basketball in Houston. Period.
So he goes thru my neighborhood on I-10 to go home. Kids use to practice their pitching BY throwing rocks off the bridge at cars as they traveled I-10. Bad kids!
Exactly where is your neighborhood, Dove?  Hamshire? Beaumont?  Waiting to see where it is next year. And DV, isn't YOUR TOWN now Nederland? As for me, I have lived 21 years, almost half of my life, in the Greater Houston area.  13 of those well within the Houston city limits.  Worked or was schooled all of those years within Houston, including Downtown and that little school on Cullen Blvd.  So since, I am now closer to the Houston city limits than either of you...doesn't it make Houston, my town?
No...Its not where you're at, but where you're FROM!  ;D 8) (yes, I made that one up!)

I'm not from that area.....What is the meaning behind THAT statement?
The meaning behind that statement is that RATHER than RELYING on the sample to PROVE your argument, you are MANIPULATING them sample to FIT your argument.
OK, whatever. I am from the city of Houston, and no one will tell me about MY city, especially if you are not from there.

 19. You are NOT FROM HOUSTON....Guess what? I AM....How are YOU going to tell ME ANYTHING about MY city? Some of you people just do not exercise common sense at times..People in Houston don't give a flip about baseball....I DON'T know what you people from East Texas like nor do I care...I am from HOUSTON.
 20. Once again that key word.....MOST of Houston.
 21. HISD encompasses MOST of the entire city of Houston....HOUSTON...Not Katy, Fort Bend, Kingwood.....HOUSTON.

Yes. They do have a Friday Night Football Frenzy and at least 2 stations regularly schedule high school football games!
I have said this before...If it were not for bands, cheerleaders, and drill team parents, football games in Houston would be practically empty...This is excluding the suburban areas (Katy, Galena Park, etc.)..I am talking HISD specifically.
Sorry to inform you, but Houston isn't just HISD.
You don't have to "inform" me of anything, I am well aware of that....I was clarifying my statement as to what I was referring to...which is why I EXCLUDED the suburban area schools... ::)..SHOULD have been obvious...
