I understand that situation. I was asking about this new "filing" by Coach Thompson that this thread is about.
A coach doesn't fill out or file new documents. He either checks box or doesn't check box on the original transfer papers.
I again ask, what new "filing"?
After it was dropped originally he went back and requested a UIL meeting on the subject yesterday, you don't just call and get one of those papers have to be filled out. This has been explained and I've been right every which turn since I started posting on this matter. Why on Earth are you trying to hang on to the wording of something so small and insignificant but you delete the post about stuff that is big like name dropping a board member?
Just stop, your probably a good guy but in this case you can't help the coach. -
And I might add that I am that confident despite not having actually seen the Order itself. That's how reliable I consider my source(s).
So you mean to tell me everything I have pretty much posted is true? Well I be damn. But some people still want to fight the truth. -
First of all, you didn't talk to "him" because the judge is a "her." Second of all, they aren't going to talk to you but they would me because I am a lawyer. Third, as far as proof beside my word, I can produce a certified copy of the court order with a specific finding that the transfer was not for "athletic reasons." I was told directly by his attorney's office that said finding was included at the direct instruction from the Judge. I am so confident I can produce this order that I will deposit $1000 with AggiesAreWe if you do the same. If I can, I win the dough. If I can't, you win. So now the question is how confident are you that I am making this stuff up?
Checkmate.
These idiots really get on here and argue about stuff they have no clue about. -
That's the response I figured you'd come back with. Of course you don't know anyone or you'd be quick to name drop. Of course you don't understand how the UIL deals with athletic transfers or you wouldn't be spouting off on SETX.com. Of course you want to bring the black kid/white kid issue to the forefront because everyone knows that Thompson's team was ALL white and no black kids helped out in making a title run so he can treat the black kids however he desires.... The last half of that sentence possesses sarcasm, just FYI.
I get off at 3:30 have no problem meeting you somewhere to show you. To make it fun we can bet 100$?
If you don't want to then please be quiet. -
Hey I just called judge white-Rodgers and they have no idea about anything you are saying bro. Do you have any proof at all besides your word?? Just wondering.
I'm going to call bs on you. It's public record and plus a judge isn't going to talk with you about a minors court case, if the judge did then I suspect action will be taken.
Let me screenshot this for future reference. -
thanks for allowing me to view this board.
WOS - well lets say they win games.
I am told by a Administrator in their district that parents do have issues with with the way he treats African/Americans. that was last fall.
glad to live in mid-county with more rational folks are in charge. But with that said, look at their District as a whole, failing test scores, turnover galore,
your turn
African American kid (Johnny Shaw) misses practice a few times, his scholarship to The University of Texas is pulled, he is kicked off the team and after he gains another scholarship from Louisiana Tech, he's not allowed to sign on national signing day (a once in a lifetime thing) with his teammates because Cornell Thompson wanted to send a message.
But a white male athlete was kicked off the team and arrested for possession of weed at school, but he was allowed to participate in basketball and baseball, no extended message was needed to be sent. -
You sound like someone that has little to no knowledge of college recruiting and you claim to know all these college coaches. Why don't you go ahead and list them, start name dropping and I'll research it and then claim your validity. If everything checks out, you're all good. But for you to claim to know so much, what the piss are you doing on setx sports forum? A coach can't "fill out more paperwork" against a player. It doesn't work like that. I don't know this coach ya'll are talking about, but I'm tired of reading your "know-it-all" posts. I'm sure you're one of those AAU/7 on 7 coaches doing God's work getting kids recruited...
I don't need to name drop anything or prove anything. I know what I'm talking about you don't pretty much the end of the discussion. -
I assumed I was dealing with rational people. Of course "file again" in this case means filled out more paperwork against Trey Baldwin to stop him from playing this year.
If you guys want to lock this thread cool lets do that and let's start another one so I can post the messages I have from a college coach stating WOS advised them not to offer Trey Baldwin because he was recruited to Cy Falls that will be fun. -
I love how they haven't answered this question WOSgrad
Why is that relevant? A judge is a judge isn't it? His ruling no matter if it's custody court, or whatever should stand on his good name and reputation to make just decisions right?
This asking what court this ruling was sent from is just more BS to try and keep a kid down. -
What's misleading? The kid moved. Thompson complained to the uil that HE thought trey moved for football related reasons. Thompson then recanted and then today he filed again with the uil saying HE believes trey left for football related reasons. Seems pretty clear to me. What I would like to know is WHY. Can anyone connected with the WOS program tell me why he is going down this road?
This is my answer to AggiesWeAre's question.
The reason why is because imo Thompson is mad he lost a D1 player two years in a row. But hell he didn't complain when he got Chris James and Johnny Shaw (two D1 players) to transfer in two years in a row.
Time to man up and grow up.
And Skipper no it's not time to let it go because Cornell started the bs right back again. Can we look out for the kids for once. -
This morning to try and ruin the kids senior year. Despite a judge saying the kid moved for family reasons. It's sad that a grown man is that bitter that he is determined to ruin a kids senior year.
-
who was that directed to? 99% of your post have either been wrong or dumb please stop the madness.Practicing law without a license.

There is no one on this board except for coach t who can comment on his reason for signing that form. We don't know why he did it. We can talk about it yeah but that's all it is is talk. Maybe the dad did say something about moving for athletic reasons. Maybe that's what he felt. So no not everything you have said has been proven.
What if I was there when the two talk? What if I'm the attorney? It's a reason I knew of this bs before everyone else. It's a reason I knew Baldwin had the judge sign a letter stating the reasons for his move.
Stop the non sense. -
All of that has been discussed and information confirmed though. Is there something else not pointed out on either thread about this situation that you yourself have to bring upon this issue?
No he has nothing. I said he filed the papers that was confirmed. His dealings with Rober Reds were confirmed, Trey Baldwin had to get and attorney to get his transcript was confirmed by someone else. Only thing not confirmed was that T drop the issue after Baldwins attorney sent him a letter from a judge stating Baldwin left for family reasons, but like I said in the other thread I wouldn't post it if it wasn't true. -
what hasn't been confirmed?No it hasn't.
You have no knowledge of the situation so how about you don't even waste my time. -
me and both of my brothers started for WOS as sophomores. I think we are the only trip to do so at WOS as far as siblings go.Just a question for jkbtjc53 and TRUFAN MR P--- Did either of u play for coach T
-
Lmao wow someone has a grudge against coach t. Let it go man let it go.
Hasn't everything I said been verified? Not a grudge just the truth. -
Same situation, Buddley... Neither one has facts. Which have been demonstrated...
I believe me info was proven factual. -
Wow.. For a couple of guys trying to sound so intelligent, I haven't seen as many grammatical and punctuation errors since I accidentally looked at a Beaumont Enterprise that one time. I know I'll never do that again.
I feel like I've reached my quota for the month off this one page. I may not be able to come back to this site until the middle of June.
Bye. -
Boy for someone who said they were tired of talking about this, you sure are anxious to always keep going.
Sorry, but the form does not have the superintendent merely averring that the form has been filled out:
http://www.uiltexas.org/files/athletics/forms/PAPF_and_Elig_Quest2014.pdf
My wife is shopping and I need some entertainment. Trust me your doing great. What else you got? -
thank you.....the keyword (OR)
the superintendent doesn't have to sign it in most cases he doesn't.....
again the A.D fields it out checks ALL the boxes HE wants to check..second signature is for verification....
Signature of Former superintendent or designated administrator
Lmao. The guy doesn't know when to shut up and throw in the towel. -
it matters a lot sir.....actually the A.D is the only one who fields it out and signs off...as you say.....the other signature only is there for verification of it being filled out....
not actually agreeing or disagreeing with the situation
Is this where I say Checkmate? -
So the AD holds a gun to the administrator and says sign this or else. Yeah, if I were you, I'd want me to stop, too.
The administrator is going to listen to his AD since the administrato isn't on campus and because the AD is also the Head Coach come on dude. Look I'm a fan of intelligence you with all do respect aren't being intelligent. So good day I'll even let you have the last word so you can feel good about yourself and feel you did something.
We can however continue this convo if you come back with some intelligent input and feedback and not some BS well what about this talk. -
The AD has to bring it to the administrator for the administrator to sign it. Come on dude just stop. What does that matter? Someone aside from the AD has to sign off on it.
Wow. Cornell Thompson Has Filed Again Against Trey Baldwin
