The way this reads, it was presented to two different grand juries. The first one didn't indict, so they brought it to a second one? Sounds a little fishy to me. Can a prosecutor keep bringing a crime indictment to each new grand jury until they find one to go along with them?
It is hard to tell from the pictures, he may deserve to be buried under the jail. But, I am betting that this is being blown out of proportion by some bleeding heart liberal who thinks all kids should be taught to talk about what they did wrong and then get to pick their own punishment. Montgomery county is a sesspool of yuppies, and I have several kin folks living their. Their kids are demons, and need a beating before they end up in prison. Because of the social structure of that area, no one spanks their children any more. They are all far too civilized! Getting to the point of what Columbine was right before the shooting. No discipline and the children hit their parents, or tell them what to do, and sadly the yuppies go along with it! Spare the rod, spoil the child.
By the way, I haven't spanked or whipped my kids in several years. But when they were little and did something wrong, they got their hand slapped. Then as they got older, they got a hand across their behind. They have gotten a belt one time each, and learned from their mistakes. Now, when they go to school, teachers don't have to spend all of their time telling my kids to behave. They can teach the class. Someday they may put me in the worst nursing home they can find, but at least they won't be in prison and will be there to pick it out for me! -

Ok so if they go undefeated in pre district then there shouldn't be no comments on why we scheduled a weak non district schedule hmm ok
If you play a weaker schedule and go undefeated, everyone says its because of the weak schedule. If you play a tougher schedule and lose a game it's because you weren't that good or you're overrated. You get a couple starters hurt in a tough schedule and it could ruin the season. Shepherd's schedule got weaker because of Cleveland's disappointing start. Otherwise, Cleveland and Huffman are good games for predistrict. Splendora game should help to build confidence. There is nothing wrong with winning predistrict games. -

Could be Liberty's year to beat Cleveland, but I have a feeling they are pretty evenly matched this year. Cleveland in a close one. -
B. Barbay is a very good coach who has his team prepared every week.
He learned from one of the best! You ever want to have an interesting conversation about football and learn something, sit down with Mrs. Barbay (Brian's mom). She could probably be head coach somewhere and whip both Jasper and Coldspring. -

He is making the U.S. into a paradise! He is taking this horrible experiment of a country that rules itself and turning it into a politically correct bastain to the world where everyone, Jewish and Muslim, Black and White, dog and cat can live together in harmony and sing koombyah while we skip around the rainbow holding hands. He is going to make everything free to everybody and ensure that the evil wealthy people pay for all of it! There will be no more police departments so that they cannot act to oppress those who have been treated less than what they believe they are entitled to. We will not have any borders anymore so that anyone still wanting to come here after e is done will be able to without fear of the laws of this country. We will all be able to get free health care to cover all of the diseases that are brought in by the immigrants such as TB, Ebola, or scabies. We will all be skinnier and healthier though, because we will not smoke, drive, or eat any foods that contain seasoning, sweeteners, or fats. The children will be much easier to care for after being malnourished by school lunches, as anemic weak children are not as fast, and will be therefore easier to keep an eye on while we sit at home doing art or relaxing since we no longer need to be employed because the government will provide all things for free. This is my understanding of what he has been striving for over the last 6 years. Of course I didn't write this post, someone else wrote it and gave it to me to use!!

Both of these schools tend to have a good program and should bounce back from the disappointments that happened last Friday. They both need to step up in this game and show something. If not it could be a long season for the team that doesn't.

Pretty quiet on this game. Looks like neither set of fans is very excited about their teams start to the season.

If the player was physically threatening the life of another player outside of normal football happenings, then the constable should have arrested the kid for attempted murder. It is in no way his business if the player should be kicked out of a game or penalized yardage. He has no more authority to tell the ref what to do than anyone else in the stands. In this case the constable is probably consider to be trespassing and while carrying a firearm it is a felony. If none of the coaches or other players were worried enough to charge the field, then it probably wasn't as serious as the constable thought! If he was really choking him, both sidelines would have cleared!

Last time I saw Coldspring take a beating like they got Friday was when Navasota whipped them in week 1 a few years back. Huntsville was without a doubt the more prepared, more physical, better team. The only thing that kept this game as close as it was were huntsville's receivers dropping every pass. After Navasota put a beating on us, we had LaMarque in LaMarque and played the best game I have seen them play in 4 years of playoff runs. We will find out what this team is made of on Friday. I think Barbay will have them back to form and ready for Silsbee. I am not predicting a score, butTrojans win this week and play lime a team, more physical, and with much more discipline!

If you can't defend the run, Coldspring will eat you alive. If you can stuff the run consistently, then the odds are in your favor! Coldspring defense didn't look so good against Huntsville. The quarterback and one running back caused all kinds of trouble. Everyone else for Huntsville were pretty much non-existent.

Why should he lose his job because of a stupid decision that he made on his off time? There are rapists and murderers still playing! Is this really worse? If he loses his job in the NFL I bet his wife will be worse off then if he keeps playing. By all means we must save her by cutting off his huge paycheck and having him go to work as a ditch digger! That is her only hope now for happiness!
