Way to Rep Vidor. No shame in a hard fought game.............

The usual thing most people do after district is over, is support the district and back each other up going into playoffs. Instead we have people who are still butt hurt and making excuses and wishing for those teams to lose. I hope every team even PA wins and goes all the way if possible. When a local team brings home a Ship, it just makes you proud to live in SETX and don't need to move your family to the big city.

I think Vidor can pull the upset. New Caney was "supposed to blowout" Central in last years bi-district round and yet the Jags took em to 3OTs in a game the Jags should have won. Anything can happen

This is too funny based on all the chest beating this week.

Good grief! Here we go! Obviously you didn’t read “THAT IS WHAT I AM HOPING FOR!”  Ok, PNG beats Vidor 84 to 0! There does that make you happy! Doesn’t sound like there was a whole lot of defense going on last night based on the score! 44 to 36. Boy that’s a low scoring game! Lol!

Probably his lowest of the year. One ciccio is bad enough, but having two on the field is just unfair!! Lol

40-21. Score will seem like a blowout but this was a hard fought game on both sides. Y’all got another good team this year. Love what Matthews is doing with the program! Good luck the rest of the way

An absolute work of art.  Interior decorators charge thousand of dollars for work like this.  And VP93 did all this for you?   What a nice guy.  You owe VP93 Big Time.  

Would love too but it’s about 18 to 20 miles from Vidor. The proximity just doesn’t favor us. Like I said before Vidor is not a perennial powerhouse but our boys over the years have put together some good seasons and we’ve had our share of bad seasons. But I promise you they will be ready for Saturday. Hopefully we give y’all a good game. Hoping for a injury free game on both sides.

I'm just ready to get back to regular Friday games.  Having games in the early or middle of the week is throwing my schedule off.

These pIrates fly to the ball and HIT.  Those Ciccio twin's name was called all night and they're beasts.  
Vidor ran the ball well and block well.  Vidor was so physical on offense, that late in the game, it seemed that Ozen was running from blocks...
 
Ozen had success passing the ball, but Vidor's great open field tackling prevented yac yards...

Mathews is good guy. He always has Vidor ready to go every week.... Perfect fit....

This was a tough game for me to choose who I was pulling for. Both teams families and schools were devastated. I have prayed a bunch for both of these schools and kiddos. SO I guess I will say congrats Vidor and keep your chins up Central. The whole district is pulling for both of you guys to get through this storm and have some normalcy back in your lives. 

At least the central kids are coming out and giving it a go. No dang school building to go to and the uncertainty of where they’ll be going to school period. Prayers out to those kids and the coaching staff.

I don't want them to return to the campus until it's TRULY ready for them to return.  Even if that means tearing it down and rebuilding it.  They should have never been in there...

14 to 7   Defense held them to three and out and then offense march down the field and scored.

Some hitting in this one folks....Vidor looks ready

I went to the game last night.  Vidor dominated most of the night.  At the end of the scrimmage each team got 3 series with first teams.  Vidor scored on a 4 play series, then the fb took the dive for 70 yards on first play of second series and they once again scored on one play via the counter run for 70 yards on the third series.  Galena Park struggled to move the ball but did get down to the 30 on back to back legit PI calls on one drive.  They fumbled a bad snap and Vidor recovered in the endzone and I think the other series was a 3 and out.  Vidor looked good but this was not a great team.  Not sure Galena Park would win a game in our district.
