The biggest thing keeping the Lions from Austin is New Waverly,Newton and Anahuac.They will have a tough time making it to the regional tourney this year. Gotta disagree on that one. New Waverly will be the lone "stumbling block" for Kountze. I still don't see Newton as a threat for some reason, and I think we'll take care of Anahuac next Tuesday pretty handily.

Mike, I already knew that much, but I don't think we'll lose to Anahuac "in" Anahuac on the 3rd, so I'm thinking we'll be the 1st seed in the district.

TD, why would you say that we would get the 2nd seed? Do you know something I don't know? 8)

They have a great chance. The only thing that could hurt them will be playoff "inexperience"... I don't think any of them have played in the play-offs before. Another thing...depends on how them and Kountze are seeded. One of them will run into New Waverly before the Regional Tournament and that game could be a toss-up...Play-offs are unpredictable.

Speaking of Devin, he also recorded his first triple-double (27 pts, 12 rebs, 10 asts) for his Highland Park, California team in a 70-25 win last week over Poly... His team is 3-4 on the season and he's currently averaging 19 pts, 9 rebs, and 5 asts on the season

Hilarious!! Silsbee loses 1 game, drops 3 spots. HJ loses a game at home, moves up a spot. That is just plain SAD...Poor TABC. They're "worser" than the BCS... I mean, who moves UP after a lost. I'm shocked to see that we're(Kountze) still ranked.
