This game has been moved to Thursday night, 7pm. Game still in Evadale. Game was moved because of lack of game officials. I see this happening often this season for smaller classifications until district play starts.

Lercy's is much much better. I thought the Longhorn Cafe was closed permanently after Harvey.

Confirmed by Coach Smith, game has been moved to Vidor. Last three days of rain has caused the project to slow. Also with the forecast of more this coming week it was going to be difficult to get the field ready on time. Field will be ready the following week for Homecoming against Huffman.

According to the folks in the know, this project is on time. Still have a complete week before a game will be played so I see the game being played in Silsbee.

Turf being laid: [Hidden Content]

Vidor/Silsbee game is still scheduled to be played at Silsbee. Just spoke with Coach Smith and he stated no decision to move game has been made and turf is being laid on the field as I am typing this post. Unless some major issues come up between now and Thursday, game will be played at Tiger Stadium next Friday night.
