Question, why are Dallas sports fans so emotional? Asking for a friend.

Orangefield 50 Anahuac 52/FINAL

I can remember a few years where Silsbee could have made playoffs with their 2nd team. Also, several could have been 1st team all district had they played for another team in the district. -
Over this coming weekend I will break down each district playoff teams by division. In the district standings thread pinned up top, you will see a DI or DII along with #1 or #2 beside the teams position in standings. Some district playoff positions will come down to that last game on Tuesday, Feb. 11 (and maybe a couple beyond that date) but I will put what division each potential playoff team will participate in. I really wish UIL would have waited 2 years at next realignment to go the divisional route. Makes it much easier when you have divisional districts like football.

7th grade group is pretty special. 8th is good with a couple of very good players. Losing Rice, Boulwen, Shoulders and Gaines will be tough. Particularly those first three, '6"6, '6"5, '6"2 -
If Silsbee played Kountze This Season

As long as these two coaching staffs are in place, I highly doubt it will happen. -
If Silsbee played Kountze This Season

Ok, but all of us at media table heard it pretty clearly. It was more than one voice too. -
All except for the one who was actually in the fight. He is not a starter nor top two reserve.

If Silsbee played Kountze This Season
AggiesAreWe replied to BADSANTA's topic in High School Boys Basketball
I just so happened to speak with a couple of dudes the last two weeks who know some local basketball (one sat with me last night at media table at East Chambers). This subject came up and both said they would favor Silsbee by 8 or more. It's all about matchups. A lot of the experts think it's not a good match up for Kountze. I believe Silsbee to be a 6-8 point favorite right now. I did find it funny last night hearing some Kountze folks behind us saying during the game that "Silsbee don't want none of Kountze". Evidence that Silsbee is living in some Kountze folks minds. Some of us at media table got a chuckle.
