I was informed tonight of the possibilities of the next Lamar coach. Very intrigueing to say the least. Dominoe effect it is. Boutte not involved in the effect.

Well, I'm not one to brag, but I will be making my 39th straight state tourney this week. ;D

I believe Silsbee can match up with any of the teams. It's all about the Tigers defense and executing on offense and dealing with the pressure of playing for all the marbles. I really like Silsbee's chances. They will not be over matched in any of these games.

Wheatley went to the state tourney 6 straight years, '68-'73. Just don't know if Jackie Carr was the coach all 6 of those years for Wheatley.

Snook went to the state tourney 9 straight years.
