He did not miss a week of classes. He came down on a Thursday, the night WVU played on ESPN. Had no classes on Friday. There, those are the facts, happy now. ::)

It's all about matchups. Silsbee matches up very well every year against WOS. The Tigers are the only team in 21-3A that year in and year out has the ability to beat the Mustangs. I think most folks would say the easiest was the HF game which the Stangs won 63-0, holding HF to under 20 yards of offense. There was nothing easy about that game last night, but WOS clearly dominated, as always in this matchup.

All three times they either lost yards or gained 0 yards and turned it over on downs each time.

I predicted a 28-14 win for WOS. Got the 28 right, the Chain Gang defense squashed the 14 part. Mustang defense and run game really looked good tonight. Just another typical WOS/BC game, Mustangs dominated. WOS now 21-0 against BC.

JJ is still at WVU attending class. He will finish the fall semester with 12 hours credit.

I remember that game clinching touchdown run that Jasper Lewis made in that quarterfinal win over Marlin. Awesome comeback by Silsbee!! The best part of that play was one of our coaches, Fred Williams, almost beat Jasper to the endzone, running down the sidelines in histerics. It was great!!!
