1. Let's keep it up basketball fans. Football is the #1 forum on the site (over 340,000 posts), but after being #3 for the first 4 years of this site, the basketball forum is clearly now the #2 most popular forum on the site the last 2 years, moving past baseball and being only the 2nd forum to past the 100,000 post mark. I see this forum never relinquishing it's position.
 2.
All shirts are ash grey..........with the logo wording being in black, a hawk head, tiger head and some blue and maroon!!!
Cool. I'll have to get a few.
 3.
My thing is how can you shoot 20% for a season and the game low percentage is 22%???  That is what he said!!! :D :D :D
LOL!! I know. The more info Rush was giving him, the more Dave was getting confused. ;D
 4.
WRONG...........LU shot 20% as a team for a season in like 62-63 and went 5-19!!!!!!  That is about a winning percentage of 20%!!!!  So that blows your losing percentage of 98% of the time out the water!!!!!!!
I heard Dave talking about that and he was questioning how they could have shot 20% for the season and scored over 80 points in 8 of the 24 games. I am not so sure that was accurate info given to Dave and I believe Dave that so as well. ;)
 5.
I already got mine...... ;) ;) ;)
What color would these shirts be? Is the Silsbee shirts maroon and white?
 6. BCG!!! BCG!!! BCG!!! BCG!!! BCG!!! BCG!!! BCG!!! BCG!!! I also listened to Roc's post game interview with Dave, it was pathetic!! "The right players played" What he is saying, "It's not my fault, never has been, never will be" I'll admit, shooting 23% will lose just about 98% of your games. But continue to jack up 3's (shot 30 of them), instead of working the ball for better opportunities (which could have helped the shooting percentage) is on Roc. They don't do any cutting or screening along the baseline and I don't think Roc knows what a give-and-go is. To have never led in a home game against NSU just about says it all. BCG, PLEASE!!!!!!!!
 7.

Average margin of victory in the 1st 12 games played in 21-3A this season is 20.75.
That is considerably less than 30-40!!!! ;D ;D ;D
Yes it is. I only put the fact out there for the other two to argue over. ;) ;D FYI, of the 12 games, 5 were won by 9 or less, 3 were won by 30+. Also, Silsbee's average margin of victory over Orangefield in the last 9 games(all district games) is 24.44. Silsbee's average margin of victory over Hamshire-Fannett in last 9 games(district games) is 44.88.

HSBALL03 initiated the "thread". dogs1218 made a "post" on this "thread" You have already initiated a "post" aplogizing for your mistake. There is no need to initiate a new "thread" doing the same. BTW, excellent try, Nash. You'll figure it out someday. ;D
Yes, all I can do is continue to try.  And I think you are right because with all the scrutiny that my comments receive, I am bound to get it right sooner or later.  Additionally, now that I understand that such oversight is acceptable, I will not feel badly when I provide some myself. That will be o n l y  for the sake of accuracy and/or clarity, of course.
Provide some yourself?? All this time, I thought you did that on a regular basis. ;D

 20.
Bad Santa is T.Holden...lol
Way off on this one. I have met BS, he is not Holden.
 21.

Tigervoice you sure talk a lot of smack! I'm not bipolar, but I do have my doubts. You have seen WAY more of this team than I have. I just know how Tiger basketball works. I was a member of the 31-1 team and a few others that didn't have the focus going into the playoffs. Ill be happy if Travis can make it back.
Hmm.... I could have sworn I read where you said you never played high school basketball.
SANTA was a member of the '98 team that went 31-1, just not a player.
 22.
HF didn't play with the intensity they had against Silsbee. Plus Silsbee missed a bunch of easy shots and bad passes. ;)
Correction Blue - Silsbee was only missing their 2nd best player and their head coach which make up the team!  :)
To be accurate, Silsbee was missing their head coach (Travis Williams), 1 starter (Prentice Lane) and two key reserves (Willie Busby and Jarrian Rhone). Dove was right, Silsbee played poorly. ;)
 23. dogs1218 never started this thread. HSBALL03 did. Get your facts straight. ;) ;D
