I agree with you scooter. All teams have some sort of discipline problems. I think what some see as "lack of discipline" others see as a "lack of coaching". ;)

I also believe that your post was more about statewide media not giving the love than this site or local media's take on Central.

Congrats to both of these two players on excellant games.

Again, just like last year when everyone was raving about how well Orangefield was playing and how they could possibly play with the big dogs in 21-3A, they lose to Silsbee 56-20. I don't see any difference this year. Orangefield is 4-1, but who have they played? Everyone is pointing to this past week's Jasper game, but folks, Jasper is very down this year. Some are comparing the results of Jasper's games with Orangefield and Silsbee. Yes, Orangefield did win by 19, but Silsbee won by 26 and none of that really matters. I see the same result from last year, at least a 3 TD win for Silsbee.

Are you kidding me, scooter? No pineywoods 3A school gonna match a 5A team's salary offer. That's crazy to even suggest it.
