The Rebels (8-1, 3-0) champions of district 14-1A DII, had a bye in the 1st round and are looking for their first playoff win in over a decade. The Cowboys (8-3, 4-1) were runners-up out of district 15-1A DII and are coming off a very close win in the Bi-District round, defeating Woodsboro 14-13. This will be the first ever meeting between these two schools.The winner will face the winner of Falls City/Milano in the quarterfinal round. Saw the all district picks but have no way of posting them. Did see that Silsbee's Chelsea Neely got district MVP and Kolbie Kruft got Outstanding Setter. Also, Silsbee had Katy Adams and Dyanna Strickland on 1st team and Nikki Patterson and Katelyn Alexander on 2nd team. Lady Tigers who made honorable mention were Janci Burns and Cymone Toole. Congrats to these young ladies!!!
