They have basketball players, contrary to what some might think.

Looking at this list, Kirbyville will lose 15 all-district players and return just 6. The Wildcats look to rebuild next year in more ways than one. ;)

akifan94, my post was not to defend the coaches and their picks. Just was to clarify how the picks are made and what can be used. I have no answer as to why Nelson did not make 1st team.

What about Dove? He sometimes acts and sounds like he is under 17. ::) ;) ;D This whole subject is pretty lame. Nothing but a personal platform to stand and politic from. Coach Richardson knows what's best for his team. I am quite sure he has a game plan and it's not to just satisfy a few. ;) (of course, you know what they say about the squeeky wheel ;))

Although, Silsbee is in the Nederland tourney next week and 5 of the top 25 4A teams in the state are in that one, with the top two teams, Galveston Ball and LaMarque being two of them.
