I see him everyday, I'm pretty sure I would know. Just saying.  ;)
I saw Johnson Monday night. If he is '6"3, I am '6"6.
 2.
When will the transfer be able to play Varsity Ball?
Good question. Spoke to Coach Sigler and he said should be soon, hopefully by the next week or two.

They are very very dominate. Beat the brakes off Kountze and Nederland by almost 40 and both of those schools are good.
Watched them play Kounzte...won by 40 but still not even one of the top ten teams to come out of HJ...only one standout on the team...over rated...wont make it out of regionals.
Could not DISAGREE more.  This team has the potential to be better than either of the last two state championship teams with which I am extremely conversant.
I agree with you Nash. I've seen enough HJ teams over the last several years and I think this one is as good as any of the HJ teams the past 10 years. They may not make it out of the region, but they will be in Huntsville doing their best to do so.

It's now all about Ozen, let's forget about all that HF talk. Why can't we look forward to those games in district between Silsbee and HF? ;) Silsbee and Ozen been playing each other for years, long before the Doves came aboard. It will not be the first time for Silsbee to lose to Ozen (if that happens) ;). But, I see that you are the "classic" bandwaggoner, so it does not surprise me that you are looking forward to a game that you think your team will win over Silsbee. (for the first time in your SETX life ::)) Glad I could help you in learning the difference between a "classic" and a "tournament". Always enjoy helping the illiterate. No charge.
Hmmm? Silsbee playing HF next week? I didn't know. Okay Aggie, you have very deep issues you seem to want to let out. You have my permission. But I know what some of your issues are ;)
My "issues" certainly do not involve you, that's for sure. ;)

A tournament is a multiple day, multiple game per team played event. Your lack of knowledge on this does disappoint me, but doesn't surprise me. ::)

ChampionEagle, next time you need to know something about your team's status, just ask. ;) ;D

 10.
This game was much more competitive than the score implies. Woodville led by 6 with about 3 minutes left in the 3rd.
Since you saw both games, who do you think is better, Silsbee or WOS?
 11.

What Silsbee lacks in size they make up for in speed and quickness. This is easily the smallest team height wise (no player over '6"3, only two '6"2 or better) in the last several years but may be the fastest and quickest team that the Tigers have had in several years. Only two seniors on the squad (Gaines a starter, Turner a reserve), the rest juniors and soph. Silsbee will need to shoot the three ball much better and everyone will need to help out on the boards. Also look for Silsbee to get help from the transfer from Irving McArthur, who is now playing JV ball for Silsbee until he is ruled eligible to play varsity. This young man is very good and will bring definite help to the Tiger team. He is no JV player, that's for sure. ;) This will be a fun team to watch this year but could be subject to some trouble with a team that has size and can handle the rock. Time will tell.
Was he #20 on the JV?? The one who scored like 40? lol
Yes, #20 on JV is the transfer from Irving McArthur. He did score 38 in the JV game. Like I said, he is no JV player, will play and probably start on varsity as soon as he is ruled eligible.
 12.
Wait on UIL decision.
But we all know what the outcome will be. ;) Get that schedule, please.
