It's do or die time as the final playoff spot for district 24-1A DII is down to the Burkeville Mustangs and Goodrich Hornets as they will face each other TONIGHT in Kirbyville at 6pm to decide who gets to extend their season and who ends their season. Burkeville (16-8, 9-4) lost for the 3rd time this season to Spurger last night, 49-39, while Goodrich (15-17, 9-4) has now lost 3 in a row after going down to Leggett, 65-40. These two teams split their district games with Burkeville beating Goodrich just last week. The rubber game to decide who gets to go to the playoffs!! Broadcast time will be 5:50 with tip off at 6pm.
