1. It could very well happen (though I am not betting on it ;)). But, if it were to happen, then there will be a three way coin flip to determine what team gets a bye while the other two will play it off. Winner of that game would then play the team that won the bye in the coin flip to determine who advances to the playoffs as the #3 seed.
 2. The Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns travel to Silsbee TONIGHT to take on the #5th state ranked Tigers in the Tiger Den in 21-3A district action set for 7:30pm. Silsbee (20-7, 6-1) come off a win over WOS, 79-55, to stay in a first place tie with Hardin-Jefferson. Silsbee defeated the Longhorns in the first half of district play, 96-57. 3.
I have seen more games than u AAW
This year, I doubt that. My count as of last week was 91 different teams that I have watched play this season.
 4. 30 minutes till show time!! Time enough to get on out here and join us at the Depot!!
 5. Central Heights has already beaten Kountze twice this season.
 6.
Stanley Bonewitz Jr.- San Antonio East Central Troy House-Ingram Moore
IMO, House was an overrated player. That guy shot an average of 28 to sometimes 40 times a game! You shoot that many times, you are bound to average 30 or more a game like he did.  ::)
 7. Folks, come on out and join us for some great food and fun!! If you cannot make it out tonight, post your questions and comments here on this thread and we will discuss them on our show tonight.

 9.
Must be pulling up old page out of memory, may need to go there and refresh.  It pulls up new rankings for me.
That did it. Now I can get to work.
 10.
Aggie I went to the link that you posted last week and clicked on it and it was updated on todays date it lists HJ at #4 and Silsbee at #5 now
That's weird because when I click on that link it shows last week's rankings.
 11. Where are the rankings? TABC still showing the rankings from last week. Post a link please.
 12. Fact, I have seen enough of Nederland this year to know that they are a great "spot" shooting team. Pass the ball to shooter, spots up and hits three pointer or just inside line. What is their weakness is having to create their own shots. Nederland really only has two guys that can do that consistently. What Central did was defend the spot shot and forced Nederland to put the ball on the floor and shoot off the dribble. Central forced them into their weakness. Why Central did not do this the first game in district (I was there) is beyond me. Central defended much better this time around.
 13.
Aggiesarewee, what was the kids name for Silsbee back in 07 who wore number 14. He had a few big put back dunks in the playoffs. I think his nickname was "Bull" or something like that.
He went by "Frog". Name has slipped my mind though.
 14. Some of the best dunkers from Silsbee over the years (in addition to BADSANTA's list): (in no particular order) Kiethan Holmes Dexter Wallace David Brown Kevin Dodd Darrell McArthur Avory Thomas
 15.
Ya Ozens plan is to beat Nederland down because I heard that they will use point difference to figure out the standings.
Incorrect. Points do not come into play in any tiebreaker in basketball.

 17.
Who registers the high on your schools Alltime Dunk-O-Meter? Silsbee 1. Richard Watts 2. Lewis Airline 3. Donyell Allen 4. Marcus Taylor 5. Eldon Peterson Honorable Mention: Chris Miller and Willie Jones
Can we clarify this as YOUR top 5 dunkers at Silsbee since they only go back to 1993? ;) ::)
 18.
Even though "anything is possible" I believe that in this region at the 3-a level, Waco LaVega is the likely representative with HJ and Silsbee having the best chance to beat them out of it.
I agree.
 19.

That means they BOTH have a shot at going.... ::) ::)
Every team that makes the tournement has a SHOT. Its all about who gets hot at the right time. There were a few teams that were said to have the REAL SHOT at making it to Austin last yr, and the only one that made it ,was not one of those ( REAL SHOT ) teams.
that's not true.  most teams who make the tournament have NO shot.  I'd say in each classification, there are maybe 10 teams with realistic shots, and maybe 10-15 with an outside shot based on whether they get hot and if they get favorable matchups.  glad to see you back, though.  finally get that hay cut?  ;D
Bullets, are saying that most teams that make the state tournament have NO shot? If so, I have to disagree with that statement. I mean you are down to just the final 4 and I have been to what will be 41 straight state tourneys and most if not all the teams there have a very descent shot of winning it all id not a great shot. It's just 2 wins away for all of them.
