Let's see, Mitty is suppose to be the best team in California and Simeon is suppose to be the best team in all the nation, both lost tonight to two Texas teams. Looks as though most folks still consider Texas to be just a football state when it comes to these national basketball rankings. ;) Texas high school hoops can ball!!

Speaking of the FB Travis twins Aaron and Andrew, Andrew went down with a hamstring injury last week and has missed the last two games. I did hear he will start tonight though.

As far as this game goes, I see this "news" having no real effect on tomorrow's game. Maybe in the grand scheme of things, maybe. I see Nederland being just fine with the team they have now.

The Coldspring game would have been Buna's first test.
