I like having the option, 1 or 3 game. If you make it mandatory 3 game series in baseball, then shouldn't it be that way at the state tourney as well? Also, if baseball has it, shouldn't basketball have it as well?

I believe the word "rightfully" is not being used in it's proper context. ;)

The time is not the same. If home schoolers are allowed to play sports in public school, then not only will they be able to practice 3-4 hours during school, but then come to after school practice and practice two hours with his "new" public school team.
