[/quote] Capacity is 10,000. They added about 400 seats on the home side, semi horseshoe. When the stadium was built capacity was about 9500.

I got to catch up with Coach Isaacs at the Silsbee summer tourney (Calobe was there every day watching his Livingston team from the stands). He is very excited to be back home (he is a Livingston grad) coaching his alma mater. Coach told me he has a lot to learn as to the basketball scene at the 4A and 5A level, but he is eager to learn. I believe Coach Isaacs will do a fine job at Livingston and the Lions will make the playoffs in 20-4A this year, mark it down. I can see them as high as 3rd in the district.

My posts were in direct response to the idea that Lumberton would go back to 3A. I dispute that idea. I wasn't insinuating that Lumberton would surpass other 20-4A schools in enrollment. Lumberton enrollment will be more next realignment than what was turned in this past realignment. Their numbers are not on the decline like someone stated earlier.

Like I stated, my wife is a teacher at LISD (at the middle school). She says the enrollment at the middle school (7th & 8th grades) is just shy of 700. If you would compute that to high school enrollment (four grades) that would roughly come out to around 1200 or more in the next realignment. I stick to my earlier statement that Lumberton's enrollment will be above 1100 in the next realignment.

Mark it down, Lumberton's enrollment will be above 1100 next realignment. My wife teaches in Lumberton, going on 13 years now in Lumberton (first 10 years of teaching was in Silsbee), she says the enrollment is growing. I do not think we will ever see 6A in my lifetime.

Correct. I have seen the DCTF and FNF (both have Newton #2) but I do not think the AP poll is out yet, but I could be wrong.

Are we talking about the AP poll (which I still have not seen posted anywhere yet) or FNF's poll?

[/quote] First, I do appreciate the kind words and I am sincerely flattered at a request to do others. Now for a reason that I did ones for schools that you had mentioned was that they are now district mates of SETX schools Baytown Lee and Goose Creek Memorial who are now in 24-4A with Friendswood, Galena Park, Galveston Ball, Pearland Dawson, Santa Fe and Texas City.  I followed that course with every district 3A and above (I didn't do it for 2A and below because of lack of response from the schools outside of SETX to my questionnaire).  I am not real sure about doing another at this point as I have not been in contact with Coach Roark so he has not had the opportunity to fill out my questionnaire (although it is much shorter than the ones sent by DCTF or FNF) and I wish not to post merely a rehash of Angleton's DCTF entry for legal reasons.  Plus, to fufill the request would probably lead to more requests and that is a load that I am not sure I would be able to do as I have moved on to other tasks in preparation of the upcoming season. As a measure of appreciation, though, I will do this.  If you can remind me in April of 2013, I will add Angleton to my list for next year. Boy I hope I know what I am getting into, lol!
