Right. A kid becoming ineligible is one thing, but playing an ineligible is another. That should never happen. And you are correct. WO-S has to forfeit their 4 wins. 0-6 with 4 games remaining.

That and a few other incidents. It's not just football. Jasper has dropped Silsbee from all sports.

Silsbee shouldn't have to be looking for one more game. Jasper should be on the schedule. smh

Think about what they had last year. Those four you speak of and 5 who graduated last year who are playing a sport at the next level (4 football, 1 basketball)

I am not saying that the school/teacher/coach shouldn't shoulder some of the blame. But they shouldn't shoulder all the blame.

Before we lay complete blame on the school, what about the student/athlete that actually failed? Shouldn't she know if she failed or not and not risk the team?
