    Nope, expecting it next Thursday, the 18th, at the next BISD school board meeting. Most people in the city feel that the BOM's decision is already made to merge, just waiting on it to be officially announced and to see how they will do the rezoning.

But maybe it would be a good thing because some of these city kids don't take what it takes to be a winner serious enough for me. A good but whopping by some country boys might do the trick.     That's not a complete list because there are many HC's that make less thatn 98K. Prime example, the 3 in Beaumont last I checked make a dismal 85K and there are many others in the area in that range or lower. Hopefully, if Beaumont goes to 2 high schools, the current AD will get those HC's at least the state average of 100K so that we will draw some better applicants the next time they come open.
