1. Fantastic site! And I just see it getting bigger and bigger. Go ahead, let a La Porte in. And expand even into Houston in the future. (if the money is there to do it) Go setxsports! Heck, even put Brenham in. I know they'll spread the word.
 2.
They have replaced the Ant Mound fans
Hey texaggie, I think this guy is the smiter of CS fans. I think he went by the name Smoocher or something.
 3.
What ever...JMO...
Do you think your last year's team could hang with any of these 4a teams, kat? I think they could have. Just like we think we can hang with them.
 4.
I hate to tell u this but Coldspring could hang with any of those teams except for PAM.  I think we could beat Livingston and PNG this year.  You act like it is unreal for a 3A team to beat 4A schools.  When I played we played 3 4A schools and beat two of them.  The only loss was to 4A defending champ La Marque and we played them tough.  So it is not unlikely for a 3A team that is good to beat 4A teams.
I went to one of those La Marque games in La Marque and some of their fans were sitting on our side because no room on the home side. After the game I was talking to one of those fans and I said "pretty good for a 3a team, huh?" And he told me "pretty good for any team. even 5a". So I say bring on La Marque again next year. We ain't skeered!
 5.
They would lose to Vidor, Ozen, Livingston, Nederland, PNG, Dayton, BH, Crosby, Lee, GCM. Those are just a few off of the top of my head. Coldspring is almost a 2a. They aren't suppose to beat these 4A teams or PAM. They are an above average 3A team, and would be a GREAT 2A team, and that's it. They aren't the Green Bay Packers, but they aren't overrated. Unless you guys think they would beat our area 4A teams then yes they are.
Let's just wish CS gets to play 1 or more of these teams next year and get a better idea of where they are. My bet is that CS would be willing to play any of these teams but not all of these teams would want to play CS because of a chance of a good 4a team losing to a small 3a school.

I dont really know the layout of Vidor...any truth to that?
There are 2 sets of tracks that run through Vidor.... not sure which is owned by which railroad... just a sad situation for all involved.... speculation will run rampant with this and the only ones that will really get hurt is family members.... I am sure the rumor mill will fire up.... smh .... just smh.....
I am a conductor for the railroad and frequently travel both set of tracks in vidor. The north set of tracks are owned by Kansas City Southern Railroad (KCS) and the south tracks are owned by Union Pacific Railroad(UP). UP trains run on both railroads. I don't know the exact location of where the incident occured, but this sort of thing happens way too often. I have seen stumbling intoxicated people suddenly sober up when they hear that horn and get the heck out the way. I do know that all trains have cameras on them and they are recording at all times and are stored in a "black box". So when an incident occures the police dept. gets the tape until the investigation is complete and releases it. Youtube has some incidents that you can look at to get an idea of what cameras can capture. And trust me they will be looking at the surrounding woods to see if there is anything unusual. Also, if there is a locomotive facing backwards it is recording too. We get written up for small rule violations when NO ONE is around. Thanks to the cameras. So I hope there are more answers to be found. And STAY OFF THE TRACKS. Vehicle or walking. Someone is always watching.

Great kid.
Have not got to see Gilbert run. Sherman Gilbert is more electrifying than Britton but he is a good back. There you have it. Stirred the pot. Let's hear it.

I know this is a thread about Britton I apologize about bringing up Gilbert, but he is something to see. Does Britton have a highlight tape? If so I would love to check it out. Sherman's highlight tape of some games this year is on rivals.com. He is being recruted as a WR. Good year Britton and hopefully they will go head to head in a few weeks. Would be special to to see 2 backs like that in 1 game.

 10. Haha. Just wanted to see who would catch it. But I do think WOS will win.
 11.

Ya CS had an off night last night but what team doesn't have an off night we're just lucky we won on our off night unlike alot of teams. But they will be ready and back on their A game gome gametime this week thats for sure, the offense will come out and  roll over that d-line for BV. And we wont have to worry about the D because after all 3A games were played in the division 2 bracket were played CS was the only D to pitch a shutout. But goodluck to both teams come on TROJAN NATION leggo. CS-42 BV-7
This is the kind of stuff that was being posted about the game vs. BC, and Bellville is, from what I understand, an even better team. That's just from the tiny bit of research I've done.
I don't agree with this at all. I don't see us putting up 42 on a D like Bellville. Thanks to BC I am more realistic. But I do like CS "D". 14-3 CS should be about right.
 12. WOS 60-0 They are so good I don't know how anyone can stop them.
 13. This CS fan will be there too supporing the indians. Let's make a clean sweep.
 14.
I don't want to jump the gun but can't wait for next friday to get here. Hoping for a Coldspring Trojan - Bellville Brahma game next friday night. Bellville High Class of '95 married to a Coldspring High Class of '95. I believe the last time these two met we were sophmores in high school and they met in Dome. Didn't come out so good for Bellville.  This time I'm kinda hoping for the same.  She won the coin toss.  Go Trojans I was at this game. It was in '92. CS came from behind 17-0 in the 3rd and won 20-17 on the way to the state final. It was at Moorehead in Conroe. Twas my senior year.
15.
Stuck at work and in Kansas. Dies anyone know if this broadcast will play on an Android phone? Or if there is a way to listen on an Android phone? I really want to hear this game.
live games works on my android galaxy tab but not the Tuesday show. Just click on the link.
 16. Glimpse of the future for BC fans. Go to rivals.com and check out Sherman Gilbert's highlights this year. He is listed at a WR recruit.
 17.
How can u listen on iphone
And or galaxy tab?
 18.
Coldspring could not compete in 21-3A.
I know. Right? Would not be a competition at all.
 19. Rooting for you Cleveland. Show up and make some noise.
 20. Will be at Coldspring/BC game to support my Trojans. Going to see how many people I can fit in my minivan. By the way, who will be the home team?
 21. Here in Coldspring we are just excited about our football team. If Bridge City made it to  Cowboy's stadium last year and have the team we have this year with the offensive and defensive stats and the undefeated record and the state ranking, you guys would be talking it up, too. It just dosen't feel right to predict a close game with a team that is no where near the top of 3A teams. But you are right. Anything can happen. But we don't expect it to. Good luck to both teams and if CS wins, give us ours, and if BC somehow wins, I will be on your bandwagon. P.S. Huffman beats Silsbee.
 22. Silsbee will not be able to run very much on Huffman. I was very impressed with the run D against CS. If Townley has any time at all it will be a long night for Silsbee. But Huffman needs to work on those dropped passes. They could have scored at least 2 tds on CS. They were very close. Go Falcons! CS is rooting for you!
 23. I think Conroe will be a good location next game when CS plays Bellville.
 24. Play mistake free football, don't miss any blocks, don't miss any tackles, don't have any penalties, and you will still lose.
