1983 Daingerfield team (3A) scored 631 points and only gave up 8. 13 out of 14 shutouts including last 13 games. Gave up 8 points to a 4A Carthage team the first game of the year. Maybe next year CS will allow 0!  :D

No joke we have to minimize penalties. CS had more penalty yards than Huffman's total offense.

I think ya'll should be ranked. At least in the top 20 . But the only way to change that is to go really deep this year to get noticed just like Coldspring did. So take care of business. I'll be rooting for you guys.

I will take the 1 back with over 100 yards and give you more passing yards or even total yards  and we will take the "W". Total yards don't count on interception returns. There will be alot of them there yards for us. ;)

Key on Gilbert again and Monroe will go for 161 just like Cummings did. And kick it to Gilbert and he will burn you just like last year.

Good post MEM. I do think the key is to get pressure on Townley with various blitzes. BUT, scared of a quick release while blitzing. May end up as big plays. But I know Coach Barbay has figured out a scheme just like last year. We will be ok. As for our offense, it's ok to get runs of 5 and 6 yards at a time. That just chews up the clock and keeps Huffman's offense off the field. But I think there will be plenty of big runs for CS. That Franks kid for Cleveland had over 100 yards against Huffman. We will have 2 backs with over 100 yards!
