I wanted to say what u said and agree. I’m very critical of Morgan and this year, he and the staff has called the games very good. Let’s be honest if the wr’s can be more consistent in catching like #9 needs to come to practice early and stay late catching. I agree on opening the play book more. Jones is probably the fastest wr we got but don’t have passes thrown to him. Screens would be perfect for him. But god, #2 and #9 killing is with drops.

I said half and tbh, I don’t recall any illegal procedures and I’m not sure on the false starts this past game. A horrible PI that kept a drive . Ball was overthrown by 20yats with both players playing the ball. A phantom flag that called back Amante td. A face mask called on a clean sack of the qb that 99 laid out, which also helped them. Had a face mask that wasn’t called right in front of us plain as day and no call. With the threat of our outside wr., you got Washington out the backfield. You can’t say Amante going at it alone when Eugene been running over people. Also we do have some plays for our TE that can catch for big yardage. They showed that in the last home games and just saving that when they need it. The defense is where it’s at. If they can’t score and whoever it is that score for us it’s ball game. Again another sure handed wr would be best. That’s why I say our 2011 team was better in that we had weapons every where

Half of those penalties were very questionable. PAM has been pretty disciplined this year. Now I do agree that they need a second wr. I also thought I never would say this, but I wouldn’t mind seeing screens to the sidelines. However, it says something for the oline that the ground game is so good. Katy has won many titles with just running and the occasional pass with a GREAT defense

I wasn’t hating. Just saying I didn’t see much of a change in the identity and how they are playing in comparison to the beginning. I also wished them luck I think.

Hey Pack, i lurk on yall boards and a few posters are saying what i was thinking and BHFAN is saying. Lufkin struggles with teams they should blow out. They ran the ball against a HISD school that was not good. 9-1 and played terrible schools. BU beat the DC of the district. No disrespect to BU cause they are building for the future, but i watch the broadcast on Mondays and Lufkin was seriously worried about BU and struggled. I hope they advance, but you not gonna be able to run on teams with a sound D or any defense from the second rd on up with a two man show. Lufkin backs aren't dynamic enough coming out the backfield IMO. Yes, Waters is good, but the yards he's had over the past two games were against bad defenses. He had 80 something yards against PAM and that was due to one or two plays. Again, I'm pulling for them, but i don't see them being any better than when district started. To be fair, besides PAM and Longview, everyone else it's hard to gage where yall sit. Now if yall had beat the brakes off BU and others after PAM, i would say yes.

with the first rd exits, yes. But no losing seasons. This year it seems Morgan has finally got it. Keep it simple. Now, as a MAN, i disagreed during the summer that my cousin should be playing QB and i was wrong and it worked out. But i haven't seen a lot of, maybe no clock management issues, maybe one. Play calling hasn't been bad, i'll give him/them an A-, probably because the talent can hide any bad play calling? Idk, maybe the community needs to be more vocal and make crosby's HC feel uncomfortable? I honestly believe that Morgan has heard voices and want to go out with a bang if the rumors are true.
