PAM does not look good…at this point, give Jones his job back. Maybe he learned something since last year. I been preaching this for years. If you have no QB, you have no team. We got all these pretty cars and nobody to to turn the key and drive. 7-7 PAM scoring at the end. Now Harmon has his team coming along so they wasn’t a slouch

it might be the one or two that have two more years that have all the tools and just need to be coached up...(that might be a problem at PAM). It might be a kid there with speed, but probably needs to learn to catch. Until someone can vouch, nobody know the caliber players they have over there. As stated, THERE ISN'T ANYTHING THERE! the people that live/rent out there is working at the plant, which usually it's a bunch of guys sharing a house till the project is done. If you really wanna go there, the 2's, the ones that got no playing time or kids that don't like PAM, starting at Nederland.

I'm serious with what i'm about to say. For those kids that really want to play, UIL should allow a special no wait clause for them to go to PAM, but that would have to happen like today. The 10 that showed up, 1 or 2 might have real talent and deserve a chance to be looked at for scholarships

for me imo, PAM vs BH is a big game in district this year. Playing them in BH, i think they will edge us out, gonna be a good one, well SHOULD be.

YES X1000!! avg 2-3 turnovers a game avg 2-4passes completed out of 10-15 attempts. taking unnecessary sacks. you will have people tell you he was "hurt". you someone said they were 6-3 with him starting.the defense saved half those wins. Dekaney it was the defense that saved the game. Legacy was almost lost due to turnovers. Thank God last year the QB was the team over there. Hightower well was Hightower ad expect nothing different this year. Cleburne my grandma would have thrown for 350 and no pics with 5 td's and shes dead! BU haltime it was tied 0-0 if im not mistaken and BU imploded mainly our DEFENSE. He got exposed against real talent with BALL, BH, and Lufkin. Tell ya what. i'm sure ALL the games are on the net. See for yourself. pack him up!!! it's a reason they changed to martin to stop the bleeding. i'm afraid thats all it did. been watching practice and nobody is completing a ton of passes. under and over thrown ducks. hopefully they get it figured out in two weeks.

i see Jones is still on the team. He must be playing WR. The few practices i saw, he was not taking reps. Only Martin and a shorter kid.

outside of traveling to Lufkin, the most meaningful district game will be PAM vs BH.

I disagree, respectfully. When you compete or versus, it's a winner and loser. now, in this situation, it doesn't count on your record. Think of it as you getting the brakes beat off you in an alley, but no one saw it or vice versa. I will say this. If the scrimmage is played like a traditional scrimmage, then yes, no winners or losers. Or even like they do in the nfl, "practice together", there is no winner. Soon as you make it "game like" with no kicking, there is a winner.

Went sat with my daughter yesterday for PAM freshman orientation and something is FISHY at PAM!! When one of the coaches (freshman head coach)stands up say he had 80 kids that got turned in to him FROM BOTH middle schools,40 each. He said as of yesterday, he only had 26 freshman!! So where and why is the questions i have. some to nederland/PNG??? or they at memorial refusing to play??

don't see it happening. i know i said 150-180, i'll say 3-4 games will be probably below that. on another note thats not good enough to do big things in the playoffs. First rd i don't count cause that district is a joke.

off screens?? thats my uncles grandson, but we can all go back and look at film, he can't throw down field. he's NOT a qb. i'm thinking more like 150-180yards per game passing. Well yall said i was wrong last year about jones before the season started and look what happened lol. PAM gets second or third place only because everyone else in the district is worse. Lufkin will be down, but their down is PAM's avg. BH will be a tough game and those are the 2 district L's i got coming to PAM

i'll keep it brief. QB is still an issue. Unfortunately, defenses will be ready for lil cuz to run and will want him to pass. There will be no down field passes or or slants. I didn't see the transfer, unless he's shorter than Morgan with dreads(which he actually threw the ball without forcing it). This team will not be competitive offensively, unless the o-line will be pancaking and not playing patti cake, the only thing we will have is a running game. QB IS NEEDED! Martin is a true RB. However, i think he will be a better option than Jones, which i believe i saw just standing on the sidelines not taking any snaps.

best show bands in this order 1.PAM 2. WOS 3.BU(be nice if they got better) Memorial is back to the numbers when they first opened or close to it. 150members this year. I guess not many BOTB competitions in Texas due to HISD and surrounding schools numbers are down or they just choose not to?? PAM and WOS i think would/can take any school west of the triangle. PAM can be the large school champ and WOS can easily take the small school. i say small school for them cause memorial is bigger.

due to other teams losing a lot of talent, they SHOULD have a decent regular season and bowing out in rd 3. lets be real. that first rd is a joke and i see it as a tune up and getting people rested, so yeah. the sideline can't get out the way and will as usual, hold them back. i will give credit to the boys last year against angleton. not seeing an offense like that and still had a chance till the final seconds. During the season...coaches not knowing the players imo hurt them. No way Jones should have been at QB going into district. Game 4 i seen enough lol. so, i'm saying 9-1 losing to Lufkin, 8-2 losing to Lufkin and Hightower.

not trying to stir up or say i was right, BUT when i told everyone last year what is uncle said about him, i suspect that he might not even be on the team tbh. Unless he's gonna play him at WR as a "secret weapon" lol. don't know how good his hands are, but when he would take off on broken plays, he had some decent speed. i feel against angleton, he should threw him in there at WR...

i just don't agree with little big cuz playing QB. He was an emergency band aid to keep the turnovers down. i feel like he was doing more sandlot when he was playing. Due to all the players other teams lost from graduation, PAM should go 9-1... SHOULD. As crazy as it sounds, records like that mean there will be NO change at the top because "they are winning and getting into the playoffs". PAM will continue to underachieve until there's a new regime or you got kids that will flat out hustle, run, block, TACKLE, be disciplined, and just be DOGS and win despite the instructions from the sideline. I feel last year group showed a little of that. playing from behind in pretty much every game and coming back to win. Most will look at it as great halftime adjustments...Until you get punched in the mouth by teams that have just as much talent, but you get OUT COACHED. being tied with BU at half time was ridiculous despite the final score thats one example.

they would be stupid NOT to play him at QB. Let Martin play his position. As I stated and predicted last year, they can't put Mr. Run for my life going 3/20 2 picks a game. Put him at WR.

i told some glass licker on here that they were getting a new stadium too being built at the school. i drive by there to go to my barber they said i was lying, go figure. I'm not an original citizen of LaMarque(moved back home to PA), but i hate see Etheredge rot away.
