The series in my opinion will be decided on the bump and doing the small things right. Have to cut down the errors!!!

I like the HJ v Huffman matchup. With Cash on the mound and that batting line up HJ has, will be trouble for Huffman. Huffman better not blink in this round or HJ will advance.

This season has flown by. I can't recall a wetter spring, and it's definitely played havoc all over. Most district play should be ending, and seeding finalized. Time is flying, and my boys sophomore season is almost done. Best of luck to all those making playoffs. To those seniors playing your last game - enjoy every minute. And to those underclassmen start working to improve. Like Robert Redford said in the hospital bed, "God - I love baseball'"

Someone lost, must have been the ump's fault

Lets see first we are going to Colmesneil Friday, then we are going to Colmesneil Saturday, now I see we are going to West Sabine Friday. Going to need a fuel truck to follow us around to make sure we don't run out a fuel. Just point us in the right direction LCM and BC folks, we will be glade to play. Here's to a break in the rain. Nothing worse for the competition than a team of young players who weren't expected to compete to gain confidence by winning.  
 
Realize that they gain some experience, realize that they can play ball with anyone and most of all...
 
everybody still has to show up ready to play.  This will go a long way towards their ability to win big games. Doesnt matter what happens rest of the season in my eyes.
 
I know they want to win but this just proves that if they play together they can win.
