We need to watch film of the Hitchcock game, HF game and WOS game. We need to see how we match up with them and work on our strengths and correct our weakness. La Vaga will be bringing the same type of team. Thing is, in those games Silsbee was beat up, banged up and slowed up. We've healed up a little now, 100% no, but I believe everyone is playing and that's always a plus. I think this is going to be a really good game. I'm picking Silsbee to win, because that's just the homer in me, whether it's by one point or one hundred points it doesn't matter as long as we get the W. TigerNation!!!

After seeing that first Sweeny drive I thought this was going to be a good game, back and forth. Then I seen the WOS QB run and I had flashbacks and thought WOS got this. Congrats WOS and Coach H.

Shepheard is the only team on our radar at this time. Not worried about what could be down the road. This week is what we are working on. TigerNation!!!

What a game. The oldest rivalry in SETX, again, didn’t disappoint. Silsbee, again, was down several players and found a way to win. Dem Tigers found that “want to” tonight. Carry that over into next week. TigerNation!!!

Nope, I'm going to stick with this post. If we would've had a little more "want to" the score would have been different. This is different team than earlier in the year. Tigers need to pull it together, find that edge they had earlier and get back to fast starts and pound it out endings. And the thing is it's all within their grasp, right there in front of them. TigerNation!!!

This is not the same Silsbee team as to earlier in the year. Something turned around after the West Brook win. We got two more weeks to find that spark, that enthusiasm we had earlier in the year. Silsbee has the team to beat WOS, it’s just WOS had more “want to” last night. We better find our “want to” are it will be an early playoff exit. TigerNation!!!

Big senior class for HF with just the right mixture of underclassman to make a very good and talented team. You have seen and could tell of their growth each year. My Tigers will have to be focused and disciplined and determined to win this game. Maybe this will be HF and that senior class year to get over that hump to beat Silsbee, then again maybe not. Silsbee has some questions that need to be answered starting this week. Will our young Oline take that next step in growing up, on the job training? Will our offense protect the ball and no turnovers? Will our Dline be able to maintain the line of scrimmage? Will our secondary be able to keep up with the passing of HF? Will our HC not get hurt this year during this game? This should be a very exciting, playoff atmosphere, game. Well, y’all know me I’m a homer and picking Silsbee to win. Are you ready?

As badly injured as Silsbee is right now, this homecoming game we’ll be more difficult to win with more than normal distractions. How will Silsbee respond, is a big question. Next man up will be put to test this week. TigerNation!!!
