Little early to smack talk about "The Big Rivalry Game" between PNG vs Vidor.  But since y'all are just playing Ned, I can see how you could overlook them in anticipation of playing the Pirates.  

This may have been the most asinine thing that I've read in a while.  Our kids didn't quit and you know it.  UNDERSTAND is right.  We flat out got outcoached and you won the game after second half adjustments...

#67 for GCM sustained an injury and complained about his neck area. He had movement in his extremities. They took him to the hospital as is protocol with these type of injuries. I'll check on him when we get back to the school tonight. 
Did see #10 take a shot to the head in the 2nd qtr. Probably got his bell rung and they don't mess around with that.

Port Neches-Groves played a good game defense made good adjustments throughout the game. We are playing good football right now we are improving every week I like the direction we are moving and the way Faircloth and staff not running up the scores and working on things like the running game which is looking better

better save some points for WOS next week. 

Plus, you will get a lot of local fans from the district and region that will show up to support that wouldn't have necessarily made the trip to Dallas.  This is awesome for Region 3.

I'm all for it.  Why not bring the best product in the nation to different venues around the state?  Of course, NRG will need to step its game up to warrant a return in the future.
 
And for all of the talk and hype out of Crosby, I'm sure they would love to get to play right down the street.

Who let this knucklehead hijack this thread? This thread was a "thank you" to the PNG players for the hard work and dedication they put into this season.  There is a time for smack talk and a time for decency/sincerity.  I guess 06 doesn't know when to tell the difference.
 
So with that, only 2 teams in 5A will end the season with a win.  Too bad for Crosby, their fate will will end the same way as PN-G's did, with  a loss.  Best of luck in 2015.

General Custer didn't fare too well against Indians. Neither did his Horse. A horse can be a bronco. So by the logic used earlier in this thread, PNG WINS.

You are right. I was at the game and Manvel jumped out to an early lead. Pearland battled and almost tied it up. Great football game to watch.

Unfortunately for WB, you won't be able to stop Manvel. They will move the ball at will. This game will get ugly quick. Manvel will score 50+ and WB will be lucky to get out of the 10's.

...and that's a doggon shame. West Brook has big time players that should give anyone they play problems. With a hug o-line and pretty good rb, and a stud wr, on paper, Manvel should get a game. But there is....... well, you get my point. Smh

I think Open is ranked ahead of Scarborough.
