My skateboard sucked also. But, it was all the more exciting when you took a rope, had a buddy tie it to the back of their bike & haul butt pulling you while you jumped your homemade piece of crap ramp made with half rotted plywood down the middle of your busy street.
Oh, and with no helmet or knee/elbow pads. Just shorts, flip-flops & clean ears from the Q-tips. The rest of the alcohol was used after a few jumps & the butt-whoopin came when you finally went inside later that night looking like you’d been in a bear fight and it was found that you’d ruined a half salvageable piece of plywood your dad was saving for something and you’d left the water hose running wasting water.
😁
Remember merthiolate for the scrapes? It hurt worse than the scrape, lol.

It’s the way liberals operate. It doesn’t matter if millions of people rip off the government (taxpayers) as long as they can attempt to hang ONE on Trump, then there is justification……in their minds only.
Also doesn’t seem to matter if they gamed the system themselves.

Wow. Why couldn't she use her own money to stay afloat. What business does she have?
Have no idea, you brought it up, you explain it.
Not doing your research, and I find it funny that you are complaining about someone taking money from the government they didn’t deserve.

So, are you ok with Trump's daughter paying 0 dollars even though she is a millionaire?
Any employer that used the money to stay afloat while the government unnecessarily kept them shut down I’m okay with. If there was fraud, go after them, and being a millionaire has nothing to do with it.

It's ok man, everything you vote for and defend does NOT spell libertarian...
At least I’m engaged enough to actually vote for and defend something, all you seem to do is sit back and criticize.

I said and I quote :if someone is unable to work due to HEALTH CONDITIONS im all for THAT help"!
Only reason u dismiss ppp loans is because your man dished it out!
I never grouped anything together. I simply stated my stance on SS
Sorry for not being sorry... don't really care what u think
No, I made my position on PPP loans very clear, nothing to do with Trump. It was very simple, the government should be responsible for the mess it created and perpetuated for no good reason. You’re the one basing your opinion on nothing other than “Conald”.
I do find it interesting that you think folks should be forced to give the government their hard earned money (SS) and should not expect more back, I certainly wouldn’t want to deal with a bank that treated me like that. And that you feel that way has big government written all over it because you want government to benefit from private citizen investment.
If you don’t care what I think, that’s okay, don’t respond.
Simply read and learn.

That i trust so much? Where have I put any faith in government? Please enlighten me, hell I don't even cast a vote for these folks
Welfare? If someone is unable to work due to health conditions I'm all for that help...
U wanna what I think about social security? Only get what u paid in not a cent more! What else u wanna know?
I don't need to beat around the bush and defend certain things I'm pretty blunt on my stance
All in for welfare but seem to have a problem with social security, that folks actually paid for, smh.
The only reason you even mentioned PPP loans is because it occurred under Trump, you know this as well as I do.
That you group SS and welfare together shows me all I need to know.

There lies the problem! Was this money abused? Of course it was, same way student loan is going after so should ppp. Can't pick and chose what's forgiven
That money was dished out to everyone to boost the economy and look where it's gotten us along with other dishouts.. and your a libertarian? 🤔
I am a libertarian, and some of the money was abused, but much of the abuse came from the federal government that you seem to trust so much.
The government unnecessarily ruined businesses and lives, for that they are responsible.
You didn’t answer the welfare question, you said ALL money should be paid back, what about welfare that is heavily abused?

Totally agree. I should clarify my like on Boyz post about the ppp loans. That would be for those who abused it….taking expensive vacations, buying Bugattis, etc….heck, they should go to jail.
Agree about the abuse.

Outstanding idea, keep it up, democrats, you’re doing great!!

I think any money given out by government or whatever branch u want to consider it should be paid back! ALL money
Nothing should be "forgiven" not student loan, ppp loans any of it!
So when the government unnecessarily FORCES a private business to stay closed (bars, gyms, restaurants) while allowing others to stay open (big box), they should bear no financial responsibility whatsoever, it’s simply tough luck for the businesses they didn’t cherry pick to stay open?
I’m no fan of government subsidies, but when the government forces businesses closed for no reasonable reason, they should bear the financial burden.
So if ALL money handed out by government should be repaid, would you want that to include Medicare?

She should just say….thank you!

In 2013, the Committee to Protect Journalists released a report titled “The Obama Administration and the Press,” which began with this paragraph:
“U.S. President Barack Obama came into office pledging open government, but he has fallen short of his promise. Journalists and transparency advocates say the White House curbs routine disclosure of information and deploys its own media to evade scrutiny by the press. Aggressive prosecution of leakers of classified information and broad electronic surveillance programs deter government sources from speaking to journalists.”
I've got a whole lot more where that came from.
The liberal New York Times stated: “Over the past eight years, the (Obama) administration has prosecuted nine cases involving whistle-blowers and leakers, compared with only three by all previous administrations combined. It has repeatedly used the Espionage Act, a relic of World War I-era red-baiting, not to prosecute spies but to go after government officials who talked to journalists.”
Politicians are scum - both sides. "Your guy" ain't no better than the other guy...
You’re going to get a “Yeah right, whatever.” on this one.

Alienate allies and trading partners who now want to seek new trading partners because nobody knows what's going to happen an hour from now, let alone two years.
Creates an uncertain market. Businesses don't like uncertainty. Why would anyone do business with a con man. So are we trying to be an attractive destination for investment or stomp around til we get our way?
Manufacturing jobs coming back isn't gonna happen. Nobody is going to work for lower wages, businesses aren't going to pay more, consumers aren't going to pay more.

No, it won’t. China doesn’t need us more than we need them. They will form new alliances with the EU. They’ll grow their soybeans on all that land they are buying in Africa. You don’t win a war by beating yourself up.
15% of China’s exports go to the US, almost double their next largest receiver of exports.
Losing their cheap crap would inconvenience us but it would cripple them.

I don’t have a problem cutting wasteful spending. I have a problem with slash and burn. That’s DOGE.
I’m willing to bet will all the “slash and burn” happening, the business of the country won’t miss a beat.
Just like we didn’t implode when the government “shut down”, even though democrats were trying as hard as they could to convince us otherwise.

The only thing he has done is kiss up to Putin, made claims that Russia is the victim ,manipulate the market, fire veterans. Did I mention he is a convicted felon. A master of deception. He continues to fire individuals who are responsible for checks and balances. Now he wants to fire judges, fire Powell and threaten to arrest anyone who dare say anything negative about doge are a Tesla truck.

Healthcare costs have nothing to do with the government. If anything, Medicare helps keep costs down by with their pricing schedules. DOGE can’t help much on this one. What is $84 billion against $3 trillion (total cost, public and private).
When Obamacare kicked in I saw my healthcare cost increase significantly and when we had our yearly meeting it was without a doubt the cause.
Healthcare costs are absolutely affected by government.
Do you have a problem with DOGE trying to cut wasteful spending?

PS -- I saw the new democratic slogan: DeMS 13
I can name multiple reasons to vote for Republicans to stay the course, can anyone list reasons to vote for the democrats, other than they hate Trump?
What’s appealing, it it love for MS-13, love of wasteful spending, love of open borders, love of men pummeling women in sports??
Help me out, what’s the appeal?
