I gotcha. But you said you were waiting on me.
I do have an idea on what he meant but have never chimed in because it wasn’t my question to answer.

I've been waiting patiently for you to answer my initial question, but you have conveniently avoided it. I'm fishing for an answer. Don't get mad at me because you realized after the fact how silly that statement sounded. 🤷🏾♂️
Waiting on me?? I am not that one that first mentioned or has ever mentioned physical speed nor commented until now to give it any kind of life.
I’m not mad at all...I was just saying that you have missed some other good material from this guy while hanging on to “physical speed”.

why start this thread when we are in the middle of state playoffs? Lol
I hear ya....but most teams fans aren’t in the middle of the state playoffs

Whichever team returns with the most physical speed will be the best...
We need a new punchline from this guy. There is plenty of material out there Soulja....I look forward to the new entertainment

According to the KOGT.com wrap up article, a WO-S player was ejected.
Grad, is this a case where he was injected instead of being ejected??

Yes, I have an interest in thia Silsbee team.. but nothing against this WO-S team. Lol
I understand. I just thought I recalled you might have some ties. All good

If the two defensive players that went down tonight plays next week for Silsbee, Silsbee 28 -24...
And when was the last time Silsbee put up 28 on WOS?

I'm not from Silsbee and I have Silsbee winning...
But don’t you have a rooting interest in Silsbee??

Who administers the injections?

Well said....they definitely “paint the picture” when you can be in attendance. Well done gents and I hope you get to broadcast a lot of playoff games!!!

Who do you mean by "every body?"
32 of the 36 pick 'em contestants (88%) picked WO-S.
Of the 14 who ventured a guess in the prediction thread, 11 picked WO-S.
Tepper, on his weekly video, picked WO-S in this game. I didn't see who Stepp picked.
So before you make bold, and WRONG, statements like you did above, you may want to invest in a little bit of reading.
BTW, does anybody use a freaking period anymore?
Yes, punctuation would help. I was trying to figure out what “win the press” meant.

Can’t believe that I had to search for this thread on the second page.

Doubt it. You have made that statement too many times and still came back to post. Your words mean nothing.
So this team was suppose to win district according to you? LMAO!!!!
That’s exactly what I was thinking. In the WO-S thread “I wouldn’t be surprised if Crosby wins this one and peels off 9 in a row”.
My how quickly things change. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, he didn’t say it would be 9 victories peeled off.

I haven’t gone back and read the Jasper/Diboll pregame thread but I bet there were some Jasper folks “yawning”. I fully expect WOS to win this one but don’t sleep on anyone. I know the coaches and players have a different perspective that us fans. But just sayin.....

Newton Eagles win the game, not sure why it took 6 pages to get here...No doubt about it, WOS is a great program but don't get it done tomorrow night. Here's to the "other" Eagles...the young men that played 75% of every game last year (had to pull starters to keep it below 100-7) This will be their year! Go Coach Johnston and your 2019 Newton Eagles!!!
The reason it took 6 pages is that there is some doubt about it. Anyone with two brain cells firing in the same direction understands that this SHOULD be a great game. Therefore there is the aforementioned doubt.

If they were playing in Orange I would give the edge to WOS. In Newton, its going to be close. I think WOS pulls it out on the final drive.
I might be way off here but the travel isn’t that far and Mustangs will have a good following.
Home field does have some value but this isn’t the NFL or College.

I had WOS picked before the season. I'd call it a 50/50 with a lean towards Newton at this point.
Then I would call that a 51/49....just saying

So, on the WOS drive that put them ahead, did anyone else notice the guy that walked over to the middle section and tried to quiet the crowd? Something to the effect of “calm down, we have the ball....we are being too noisy”. Then turned and told the cheerleaders to quit cheering during the offensive drive. They did so....and looked very confused.

BmtSoula we probably beat them in almost every sport other than football. I’m not worried. Once Coach T is gone things will change.
Not sure why anyone would single you out. To me, you seem to be a supporter of WOS and local teams.
You might be correct about things changing once Coach T is gone. But we both know that “something” else will have to change on that side of I-10 as well.
