I don't really have an opinion on it. People criticize Trump all the time, yet he seems to get stuff done. He just negotiated a cease fire with 2 countries who want to eliminate each other. Who am I to question, he may have a really good reason'

Releasing video goes by; 1. State law on allowing, requiring or restricting release in an open records act. People sometimes believe that open records or Freedom of Information type laws are universal on being mandatory to release everything. That is not correct. Some things have to be released, some might be optional and other records are restricted and can’t be released. 2. Department policy. It is sometimes a legal issue depending on state law and then it is a separate political issue.

Yes, when Trump is asked how he feels about Israel and Iran breaking the truce, I’d feel much better if he answered, “Who is Israel?” while staring off into space with a blank look. I read all the police reports and based on that and his admissions, I don't see how you get to self defense after a simple push or shove or challenging someone to "try it" or "touch me and see" or whatever he said. Do you know why the video is not being released? If I recall correctly, videos were released in Floyd and Rittenhouse.....and just about every police involved shooting.

What I have found is Trump's superpower is his unpredictability and his directness. You never know how he is going to react and you never know what he is going to say.....but you never have to guess about his opinion on anything, he has no issue telling you. Also, have you noticed the difference between 1st term NATO summit meeting and 2nd term. Everyone, except Spain has agreed to increase their NATO contributions to 5%. In 2016 they were all mad thinking it was ridiculous, today they are tripping over themselves to get a picture with him......

A video or videos was released to the news media. They were supposed to view it but not release it to the public. I don’t know how that has held up…. A talking head or two claims that there is nothing on the video showing self defense. Without seeing it, it is impossible to know with the way the media spins things. Even seeing it might not be good enough to show the incident. Anyway, for the moment there are claims that self defense won’t stand up in court.

Probably one of the few times we will. You also have to agree then that Trump—like him or not—was left to choose between bad choices. He made the choice that he thought was the cleanest, quickest way to possible peace and deterrent of a nuclear armed, terrorist supporting regime that wasn’t abiding by agreed to UN (not just U.S.) agreements. He targeted no civilians, and didn’t enter into any prolonged conflict—and I don’t think he will. I think he prefers to negotiate deals. But, you have to acknowledge the truth that Iran was lying about their nuclear ambitions as has been proven by 3rd parties. If you can’t do that, you’re just pissing into the wind.
