I remember the days of Coldspring consistently kicking the crap out of Shepherd lol. It was big deal when we would steal one. -

Texas Senate Race -- Ken Paxton vs James Talarico
UT alum replied to Reagan's topic in Political Forum
John Ossoff and Andy Beshear will run ahead of Newsom, AOC, and Harris. Dem ticket will demolish any Republican ticket imaginable. There’s not a Republican running with the guts to say Trump was wrong. And if they do, they show themselves as liars because they’ve all said he’s right for too long. -
Week-7 Port Arthur Memorial at La Porte Predictions
OlDawg replied to Mr. Buddy Garrity's topic in High School Football
Both teams will focus on stopping the respective #21's. If they both do that, what are the other options for each offense? This will be key. If the Dawgs have some of their OL coming back off injury where they can sub throughout the game and stay fresh, it will be a big help against PAM's attacking D. LP hasn't had the same OL lineup since game 1. On the positive side, it's provided a lot of flexibility and experience. One advantage I see that LP has, is they can play this game multiple ways. If they choose to focus on the power run game with Simon (4 Star RB) & Dieudonne, they are capable of doing that, and running clock at a 3-4 ypc clip. If they decide to use the passing game more, they have Reynolds (D1 commit TE), Smith (4 Star WR), Wallace (D1 prospect WR), and Simon & Dieudonne out of the backfield. This will be the first team where PAM will actually have to cover the entire field, and not be able to double or crash. If they do, someone will be open, or a lane will be there. As far as Special Teams, KO's are rarely returned against LP as they are 90-95% touchbacks. PAM has a large advantage in D scoring. But, the common opponent spreads between the teams are not much different. PAM scores less. But, gives up less. LP scores more. But, gives up more. I said way back in the summer that if you put PAM's D with LP's O and ST's, you could book a trip to Arlington. LP would probably be okay with a higher scoring game. PAM would probably prefer a game in the 20's. Field position will be key for both teams. -

You’re welcome. I’ve recognized it for some time and do believe I have predicted that sooner or later he and his policies will lead the lemmings off the cliff with him. Thank you, as well, for confirming what the polls and prediction markets are saying. People are sick of empty promises. Sick of lies. Sick of institutional chaos. It’s all tied to Trump and Trump has the party tied to him. The dream is over. -
Week-7 Port Arthur Memorial at La Porte Predictions

I waffled a bit on this one, but PAM, I think, in another close one. The young man that ran that 97 yard sprint from scrimmage against Westbrook last Friday will be the big difference. -

WOW! Week 7 already? I may stay home this Friday from TC-PN, so I can keep up with all of the other games on line. EC vs OF should be a good one, as well as HF - WOS, and of course PAM - LP and several others. -

Had no intention of “taking” anything “from them”. Coldspring is a dumpster fire with no end in sight. That is keeping it real. - Today

Looking ahead, Week 7 Coverage Area Schedule

I posted this thread before the season started and how this week, Week 7, looked to be a BIG week of games. Well after further review, that looks to still be true. I even added a few more games to the original list from August. Here is my modified list: Thursday, Oct. 8 Crosby at Kingwood Baytown Sterling at Beaumont West Brook Joaquin at Shelbyville Friday, Oct. 9 North Shore at Summer Creek Beaumont United at Goose Creek Memorial PA Memorial at La Porte Texas City at Port Neches-Groves Huffman at Bridge City Livingston at Little Cypress-Mauriceville Vidor at Lumberton Shepherd at Hardin-Jefferson West Orange-Stark at Hamshire-Fannett Jasper at Silsbee (Silsbee homecoming) Anahuac at Buna Orangefield at East Chambers Newton at Hardin Fairfield at Palestine Westwood Woodville at New Waverly Evadale at West Sabine Like I said, very big week. Thoughts on any of these games and what other games not on the list that should be? -
Hard to give a solid prediction when one doesn't know what the QB situation is, but I'll go +8 Titans. 🤞🏾 Defense travels. I reckon LP will want to get their QB rolling out some in this one and maybe dial up more QB runs than ppl are accustomed to seeing. Memorial WRs need to catch wide open passes, help the QB whoever it may be. Special Teams IMO will be the deciding factor in this one.

I don't have a login and most of the games I watch are on NFHS or streamed on some other streaming service, but that scoreboard is certainly annoying. Ive found that if there are just a few scores I want to see, the liberal use of the search box helps a lot. You usually only have to type a few letters for one of the teams and the results appear.

Silsbee by a couple of TD’s!
-
Definitely would have been a dinger. Brewers get the win over the Padres.
-
Roof ball just cost the Padres a win. Ball hit the roof caught by LF. That would have been way gone.
-
Baylor looking good.
