Some folks are just fans and we all really believe in our boys. It's tough to make some see that there really are levels and tiers to this when we have so many weaker matchups on our schedule. EC is top tier along with us and Buna is another level from the rest of what we see in District. Those games we have to come out and stay out with ultimate focus and stay on the gas.

I tend to agree. I would make OF a 4-5 point favorite. Not sure where some of these people are getting double digit win.

I know there's a lot of politics that goes on in these things, but a one-way player (with a little special teams thrown in) getting Utility Player of the Year over Pirtle is wild.

That is a big spread to take against Coach Sutherland in East Chambers. I know our boys are very good this year, but he is the best at limiting Scales's touches and that always changes the game. I truly believe this game will be closer than most folks anticipate. Don't get me wrong, I whole heartedly believe that our Bobcats come away with the win, but EC can never be taken lightly.

Why? According to most folks (mostly OF peeps) the Bobcats are going to win this game by 12+. North Shore/Atascocita will be a much better game in that regard.

I was told at EC tourney they were still missing 3 players, including a starter. Those three missed the Jasper game but could have been cleared for BC game.

What games were you able to watch of BC?

What starter was missing? Vidor had a different starting line up last night but every normal starter they’ve had this season played a bunch last night. I assume the starting line up was a little different that they didn’t start as a continuation of the discipline issues. That’s the only reason I would think those guys weren’t out there to start in a game that big

Thinking about switching my Friday game from 3A #10 Orangefield at 3A #18 East Chambers to 6A #14 North Shore at 6A #5 Atascocita. Or, I could stay at home and watch both games on Texan Live. 😉

I'll jump in with some polling facts - I use real clear politics because it is an average of many different polls and not partisan to one affiliation. As of Jan 6th, on the last three Presidents second term approval rating TRUMP - 43.9 BUSH - 43.6 OBAMA - 42.4 Looks to me like he has a better approval rating than 2 other popular Presidents......

Have you changed your opinion of X? It looks like this fraud story has grown legs......we may be talking upwards of 9 billion in fraud from the 22nd largest populated State....... Another confirmation that DOGE was and is needed.

Not sure if all of Vidors players are back or not, regardless of that Vidor must have some issues going on because I do believe BC is the best team in the district and will win it, but they are not that much better than Vidor. I’ve seen both play a couple of times this year.

If they can get out of their own way, Jasper should get in this year, and make some noise in the district for the next couple years. The soph group is the best in a while and the district looks to be down overall.

West Brook on ball pressure from the guards is something to see. Now that they are healthy , they are picking up full court. Making it difficult for opposing guards to get into their offense . If they can keep this up they may bring another one back !!!
