I think transferring into BH ultimately cost the last qb NIL money. Would have looked better against the worse competition and likely picked up some higher caliber offers.

The system runs on plea deals. No person who takes over as DA can throw the book at everyone and bring each accused person to trial. It would take many more courts, judges, jails and prisons.
