  4. He's just trolling for a response. I should have knew better earlier. Be patient...it's just a matter of time
  5. And ZERO EPSTEIN CLIENTS ARRESTED. Hope all that is true, what’s the source?
  6. WOW!!
  7. Today
  8. High Island has a total of 120 students. that is less than 10 students per grade. They could be assorbed with little to no change in the school other than added bus routes too High island. The state pays 6200 per student so without county or local funding EC would receive almost 750,000 a year for those kids. The cost of building and running a new school is some of the reason some of the small schools should be shut down. Small schools like that cost the tax payers lots of money with little return. Lots of towns already bus kids more that 15 miles everyday and it works just fine.
  9. I've heard a few rumors
  10. There are some rumors floating around...... corrigan has been filled already.
  11. Hardin/Jefferson hence they are already merged and have been forever. east galveston/chambers dosen't even have a ring to it. but in all seriousness that tax money not getting divided that way.
  12. Any rumblings on who are front runners for those?
  13. What does two different counties have to do with it? Ever heard of a school named Hardin Jefferson in Sour Lake?
  14. Will not work because too much bad blood between the communities, also two different counties. Now some possible solutions would be merge with Galveston isd, that way all the kids on BP can go to the same school and not cross the ferry to go to ball high school. if that happened High Island would be 2a. possibly small 3a, But i'm sure none of that would happen knowing this community.
  15. Open so far Jasper Hemphill West Sabine Corrigan Warren Brookelamd Burkeville
  16. I love watching him get on those kids butts for doing stupid stuff. I bet he stayed on yours ........
  17. And my apologies for feeding the troll
  18. Instead of spending all that money on new schools and sports facilities they should just bus them 15 miles to East Chambers
  19. Wow, no libs stepping up to defend their S has to be some mistake….nope, she admitted it.
  20. My apologies OlDawg. This wasn't how I wanted this thread to stay up top of forum page. Also, the clock is ticking on CB/TMB.
  21. Hmmmmm, where have I heard that before…….like a million times?
  22. Alvarez in a bit of a slump right now but nothing like Seattle's Raleigh. Last year's MVP is now 0/37 in his last 39 plate appearances. Batting .157 on the season. Wow, what a difference a year makes. I thought Lambert pitched well last night. 7 innings pitched, 6 hits, 3 ER's, 8 K's, 1 BB. He has been Houston's best starter this season. Team best 2.76 ERA with 29 innings pitched, 29 K's, 12 BB's. Astros offense has taken a little dive over the last few games but the pitching has improved somewhat. Team batting average has dropped from .269 to .258 but team ERA has dropped from 6.37 to 5.50. Batting average is still top 3 in MLB but ERA is still the worse in MLB.
  23. This^^^^
  24. Thank you. 👏👏👏👏👏 The sad part is the excuses and blame Biden, refuse ownership playbook. You will only hear how it doesn’t affect MAGA and how well they are doing. Bump the rest of the U.S. seniors and poor U.S. citizens. They should have invested in stock etc…
  25. Welp. So much for that. What a waste of bandwidth.
  26. What does make a difference is the fact that inflation ticked up to 3.8% last month… that’s the highest it’s been since 2023. So much winning. The other problem is that the fed can’t cut interest rates (or, they shouldn’t) because a rate cut will only inflame inflationary forces. Trump’s war has not only cost billions and depleted our munitions, but also backed Trump into a corner regarding his economic plans.
