Unless the TO was called before the huddle was broke… i believe that’s what Rich was trying to argue to the refs. .But that is water under the bridge that 1 penalty wouldn’t have saved the game or anything…

Although they have nothing to do with each other, I can now accept the Laporte beat down if East Houston can take an L

Mat, I meant to say.

Is Cedric Mathews any relation to late 80s Tiger QB Randy Mathews?

May, I would truly appreciate any evidence Muslim communities in the U.S. pushing their agendas and goals. I think most of them came to escape extremist regimes and pursue the American Dream. True, there are always bad actors but I believe a lot of the “sleeper cell” theories are borne more out of spy action thriller novels than real world experience in the U.S. The FBI said (before Patel) that our greatest threat is from domestic terror, not Islam.

TO didn’t matter. That was the second time they broke the huddle with 12 and they ran one off. First time PNG coaches went nuts and the officials discussed it after the play. They should have thrown flag both times as soon as they broke the huddle. They have one job when teams are in huddle and they blew it.

Wow, didn't realize what that was. That is very disappointing.

They sure do!! I hope #26 is ok for Silsbee.

That was a great moment. Then they decided to boo our band and do the Neck chant. Wiped all that good will out.

Perhaps…

Kudos to Nederland's student section for picking up the Indians students during the national anthem when there was a technical problem with the Microphone.

That was the most egregiously bad game-altering call I’ve ever seen in person. Wild that this thread went on like it didn’t happen.

Yep

That was about the 4th time Nederland had broke the huddle with 12 kids. Damage was already done. TO came after the fact.

Slot T hitting on all cylinders tonight. The Slot T mafia had homecoming festivities on point

The officials did good job tonight. Only thing I question was the illegal substitution call when Nederland called a TO… other than that Nederland has to clean up the penalties…

I thought the officials did a good job. I am not to sure that Nederland’s secondary made a tackle during the entire game. It’s shame because the DL is pretty good and the LB’ers are better than they have been. PNG’s QB is good and the defense played good in the 2nd half and their secondary will tackle

Nederland should beat both teams by a lot.
