I hope this nis not the end of the year crater that we have had in the past. In fact I was hoping the cratering happened the first part of the season. I believe we still have a slight chance of being number 2 seed. Wishful thinking.

Could this be what’s really wrong with Obamacare? It’s what’s wrong with every social program……stealing.

I agree. No time to be swept. Got to back this up with a little win streak starting Tuesday at home vs. KC. 6 game home stand (3 vs. KC, 3 vs. Atlanta) then finish season on the road with 2 at Seattle and 4 at Athletics. I think it's going to take winning at least 7 of last 12 to win the division.

Astros drop the finale with Rays 14-4. A sweep at this point is not good. Not good at all! Hold a game and a half lead. Rangers playing now. - Today

March 8,2026 — WTI Crude Hits $110. THANKS TRUMP
baddog replied to HangPDFs's topic in Political Forum
Why we have to suffer with a global price for crude is beyond me. We import around 8% from the Middle East. That global price should affect the major importers…. Google search: China and India: Together receive roughly 44% of all crude exports moving out of the Persian Gulf through the Strait of Hormuz. China alone sources about 5.4 million barrels per day (bpd) from the Middle East. [1, 2] East and Southeast Asia: Economies like Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and the Philippines rely heavily on the region, with Middle Eastern imports making up between 70% and 95% of their total foreign oil intake. [1, 2, 3] Other Global Importers: Western nations buy significantly less by comparison; for example, Middle Eastern suppliers account for roughly 8% of total U.S. crude imports and an even smaller fraction of direct European Union imports -

Not true, but expected. Everything Biden said was written for him, he was directed which way to walk (at the WH for crying out loud), exit stage left signs, never held a press conference, when asked scripted questions he was shut down if he went off script, couldn’t remember things he had signed, he was handled like a pet chimp,…..simply no comparison…..but ok.

Brenham is better than anyone we’ve played, and big in the trenches. We’ll play them tough and hopefully get better. We’re better than anyone they’ve played this season too. But I’m having trouble finding their weaknesses. This is a perfect game to be humbled and develop for the long term. Be there in numbers and be loud.
