Having a goal is nothing special.  I have a "goal" of winning $150,000 the next time I go to Lauberge but it doesnt mean much.  "Having a goal", in my humble opinion is great from a symbolic standpoint, but is not much from a substance standpoint.  In my business life, I have run into literally thousands of great philosophers (those who can expound forever on a subject) but only a few real achievers ( those who got something done rather than talking about it)  It is all very well documented on the payrolls.
