11U Player looking for Team

Have an 11 year old son looking for a team to play for.  Can and has played any position, and play them well.  Bats left Throws right.  Team player that will do what is asked.  Great mechanics.

I will keep my ear open for an organization that is still looking for players. I know most are full by now but there will always be something that happens here and there. I know we fill our rosters in late August or early September.

We tried out for one, told we were in, then I hear they are not adding anyone else.  After everyone already filled theirs.  Hopefully someone will have a spot open up.  But, it will have to be with a team in it for the kids.

I know it's a pain, and i've done it before, but you could always form your own team.  The season hasn't really started yet, and you would have a lot of work.  However, you could always throw that line out there and see what you could pull in.  Just an idea, and I hope you can find a team.

I would, but I coach/teach for a living and do not have the time to commit to it.  I would be up to help out, but could not "Coach" one.  I have had several requests to do so, but can't.

Thanks, we have 3 teams that we were contacted about.  As long as he is happy, we are going to go with one of them if all goes well.

I am in Groves/Port Neches area.  If you start up a team, let me know, my son would be interested.  He plays outfield and catcher very well.
