Carroll Dragon fans can go for sushi at games this fall

SOUTHLAKE — Think of them as wasabi-breathing Dragon fans.

The menu at Carroll’s Dragon Stadium this fall is expanding beyond nachos and hot dogs to a different kind of finger food: sushi.

Starting with the Sept. 5 varsity football game, officials will sell sushi from a grass-skirted tiki hut on the stadium’s home side.

I think I'll go with the sushi or sashimi if they have it. No need to waste perfectly good raw fish by wrapping rice around it.
